imagine this you are losing weight burning
fat getting leaner cellulite free thighs
and legs all this without being hungry
from restrictive diets or exhaust from
endless workouts it is possible and
easier than you think
with intermittent fasting let’s start
one day I saw a post about how
intermittent fasting can treat cellulite
I was in the shop to get some meat and
checked my emails
meanwhile the post suggested that
cellulite can be treated by intermittent
fast itself without changing anything
else in your diet or training routine
since I am big fan of intermittent
fasting myself this post intrigued me
and I decided to get to the bottom of
this theory I’m implementing
intermittent fasting for more than a
year the fact that keeps my cellulite away but
I did get rid of my cellulite making a
few critical changes to all my diet
exercises and treatments can
intermittent fasting alone get rid of
cellulite the short answer is yes but to
answer this question properly let’s
understand first what causes cellulite
cellulite occurs when fat deposits push
through the connective tissue beneath
the skin cellulite causes linked to poor
circulation excess in body fat hormonal
imbalance accumulation of toxins and
water retention treatment and removal
there are many therapies suggested
removing cellulite therapies like laser
treatment acoustic wave therapy carboxy
therapy ultrasonic liposuction and more
some of these treatments might work
but even then they are expensive painful
and won’t last long liposuction and
surgeries
do not remove cellulite because it
doesn’t affect the structure of the
connective tissue some women have nice
results with creams but they are
expensive and unless you combine them
with other techniques like deep massage
or cupping I dought you will see a big
difference and anyway most of these
creams contain retinol or caffeine
ingredients you can easily find in your
kitchen or by a local pharmacy and make
your own anti cellulite cream
I say why pay more right? so there is a
better way to shed a few pounds and get
rid of your cellulite as we all know
eating a healthy balanced diet and
exercising will reduce the body fat
percentage reducing body fat percentage
means having less fat to push through
the tissue and improvement of cellulite
appearance intermittent fasting is a
great way to reduce body fat and get rid
of those dimples so what is intermittent
fasting
intermittent fasting is an eating pattern
where you cycle between periods of eating
and fasting many studies show that
intermittent fasting can help with
weight loss improve metabolic health and
protect against diseases like type 2
diabetes heart disease Alzheimer’s and
even cancer humans have actually been
fasting for thousands of years and
actually are well adapted to fast from
time to time when we fast
we reduce our insulin levels toxified
our body and increase our human growth
hormone intermittent fasting which comes
in several varieties don’t suggest you
starve yourself one day and binge the
next
some people think eating on intermittent fasting
give them license
to eat as much as they want if weight
loss and cellulite reductions are your
goals you need to still be mindful about
how many calories you consuming after
all you can’t fast for 16 hours and then
eat 10,000 calories during your eating
window and still expect to lose weight
calculate your BMR and try to get a
slight caloric deficit
just make sure you aren’t going below
1,200 calories a day

fasting isn’t for everyone
you should consult your doctor before
you make any change in your diet and
always listen to your body be sure you
are not hungry if you are there is
something going on and you will have to
find out what is it sometimes adding more
healthy fats will fix the problem
drink plenty of water and be sure to eat
enough fat don’t be afraid of the fat
for better results you have to exercise
do it while fasting for the sake of
cellulite reduction it is important to stay
away from sugar intermittent fasting is
a great tool for getting strong and lean
without change in your diet you will be
surprised by the fact of how easy it is
to shed kilos get rid of cellulite as
well as get the mental clarity and even
gain some muscle mass if you want
the meal preparing is easier the cravings are
gone and the lightness you will
experience through fat is amazing you
won’t feel hungry at all and it will be
much easier to keep your calories in a
little deficit while you have only eight
