Study after study finds the high
consumption of animal products, like in
the keto diet, is bad for your heart your
gut and your overall health. Not to
mention the fact that the conventional
keto diet just doesn’t provide enough
fiber in your diet to keep your
digestive system in order. Unless you’re
planning on eating loads of avocados
daily you’re probably not gonna get the
fiber you need to stay regular.
