How to Get Out of Ketosis

want to get out of ketosis and I don’t know
how to do this safely. The last thing I want
is to get myself into trouble.
Come on man, it’s not that hard. If you ask
me, I’d much rather go on a diet to get out
of ketosis than deal with my girlfriend’s
obsessions for cervical mucus.

of ketosis, then you’ll need to consider a
diet with at least seventy five grams of carbs
for a few days will kick you out of it.

Yes I am, but you need to remember that this
will vary from one person to another, so it’s
not guaranteed that eating 75 grams of carbs
per day will get you out.

Yes, you may need to consider some tests and
then a nutritionist will use the data to create
a diet for you to get out of ketosis.

No it doesn’t, but if it does to you, then
if you have a “big” girlfriend tell her you
cheated on her and she’ll beat you out of
ketosis. Ha ha ha!
