Turkey recipes some of my favorite and today is one of those favorites. It is a low carb turkey breast
carbonara pasta
I know pasta low carb usually don’t go head and hand. However, I’m gonna show you exactly
how to make the best low carb pasta ever
And it all starts with this piece of leanified turkey breast right here
All we’re gonna do is salt pepper and a little bit of lemon on this. Roast in the oven 30 minutes

Little bit of olive oil on the sheet pan a lot of protein it’s gonna be cooked to perfection
On the pan it’s gonna be up 30 minutes on 400 degrees
While that is cooking, I’m gonna show you the secret
To the lean pasta. Now the moment, come a little closer, little closer, little closer. There we go. This is the moment
You’ve all been waiting for how to make the perfect low-carb pasta
Well, it starts with a vegetable called the hearts of palm now, I have tried so many different
Low-carb pasta substitutes, but none is better than the hearts of palm also known as Palmini. We’re gonna strain it
Rinse it
Put in a bowl
Now, I know I said there was a secret
Well, here it is to make this taste less acidity, and when I mean – and less acidity?
I mean perfect we’re gonna soak it in almond milk you can use any
Any type of milk, but almond milk is my favorite unsweetened
We’re gonna let it sit while our turkey breast is roasting in the oven for 30 minutes now
It’s time for the carbonara sauce
Carbonara sauce while the turkey breast is roasting and the palmini is soaking up that almond milk
so two whole eggy’s
Cuz we’re making the leanest pasta ever! uno, dose,
This is where it really gets juicy or creamy should I say four egg yolks,
Just the yolks, you can save the egg whites for a little lean omelet tomorrow morning.
So just – Oh No! Don’t break it
Careful don’t panic. There we go for those bad boys
And again, this makes a really creamy really tasty and gives a perfect texture. It’s a perfect
Alright now the key to any carbonara sauce is cheese! So 1 cup grated cheese
I’m just eyeballing it here. There we go
We’re gonna save a little for later. One cup in with the eggy’s and the egg yolks and then we mix mix it all up

Make sure you cook your turkey all the way through, you bop this in
165 we are right on point. This turkey is cooked through we’re gonna chop it up in little itty bits
does anyone else got so excited at the final steps, you end up eating the leanness on your way?

And then we sauce it up

Final step is we’re just gonna add a little bit of water to this mix that is pretty thick
but it’s extra lean! look at that!
