The best health supplements. I was planning on
making a video about this where I’m
actually going to sit down and then show
the bottles to you but I think that I’m
gonna make a precursor to that actual
video and this video is gonna be just as
good I’m gonna go through around 90% of
the information it’s gonna be just as
valuable but instead of actually showing
you all the bottles I’m just going to
name the supplements I can tell you that
following up in the video that I
recorded earlier today about less is
more and try to keep things as simple as
possible I used to believe that having
around like 30 supplements and taking
around 40 pills every single day pills
and supplements I don’t take any
pharmaceuticals would be an easy way for
you to be extremely healthy the reason
that I arrived at this is because when I
started working as an investment banker
I was extremely depressed and I also had
OCD symptoms I was supposed prescribed a
lot of pharmaceuticals like geodon sip

depakote neurontin you know all the a
lot of things and I can tell you that my
body rejected them and they didn’t work
so the way that I was able to wean
myself off the pharmaceuticals was
through natural supplements I have tried
probably around a hundred or 200
supplements I have gone to Columbia
University I’ve been I’ve had
intravenous ketamine transfusions I have
had transcranial magnetic stimulation I
have had cognitive behavioral therapy
I have injected myself with testosterone
and in thate I’ve done a lot of things I
probably like bio hacked alive and I can
tell you that less is more and you don’t
have to do all of those crazy things and
I’m going to run through you one by you
the most important things that you can
do with the minimum effective dose
that’s actually going to yield the best
results for you to optimize your life
and to get your and to get your health
in order so as far as supplements are
concerned I would highly recommend d3
and k2 you want to take d3 you don’t
want to take d2 so d3 and k2 it is sim
you need to take d3 and k2 with the
magnesium supplement generally make
I am a lead is good you don’t want to
take magnesium oxide because it’s not
well absorbed so magnesium malate is
very very good or we take d3 and k2 with
magnesium you might be able to find all
of these things the d3 k2 and magnesium
and one supplement I know that you can
finally d3 in k2 combine in one
supplement the reason why we want to
take this is because D3 is actually a
steroid and it controls a lot of the
reactions in your body most of the
people probably around 95% of the people
are low in d3 I try to take over 5,000
IU’s every single day at d3 but even if
you take around 5,000 IU’s a day then
that’s completely fine your blood serum
levels should be around 30 to 40 or 30
to 50 I think it’s ng pour per
milliliter I’m not 100% sure but pretty
much take around 5,000 IU’s of d3 with
k2 and magnesium malate the second thing
that you want to take is astaxanthin.
Asaxanthin. I think I spelled it
right probably not but Astaxanthin
this is an antioxidant I think it’s
water soluble no no this is that amount
hundred percent sure actually this one
might be fat soluble yeah actually I
believe it is fat soluble but you want
to take a stack same thing it is derived
from a lot of like fishes and like fish
oil and things like that like wild card
alaskan salmon you’ll notice that it has
an orange color and a lot of that is
because it’s a pigment the antioxidant
and that’s actually a stack something
the reason you want to take this is
because your body is bombarded by a lot
of like radiation and a lot of oxidizing
stresses and by taking us back same
thing it will then neutralize a lot of
these oxidative stresses that go on in
your body and it’ll help keep you
younger you also want to take krill oil
I don’t recommend taking like Cod
liberal oil or taking like salmon oil or
things like that you want to take krill
oil because krill is very small and it
has a very low probability of getting
contaminated with heavy metals and it
also does not oxidize so a lot of the
fish oil that you will get does will
actually become oxidized which means
that it’s exposed to air and then a lot
of the
a lot of like the phospholipids of the
EPA the DHA are actually going to be
damaged the krill oil actually contains
a little bit of the antioxidant aspects
anything which I mentioned a few minutes
ago and as a result is going to stop it
from oxidizing so I would recommend
taking a krill oil krill oil is a little
bit more expensive actually it’s a lot
more expensive but it’s also better
absorbed and it has better DHA and EPA
DHA and EPA ratios as a result it is
just simply better absorbed so whereas
fish oil you probably have to take
around 2 to 3 grams of it for krill oil
you can take you know 500 milligrams and
it will yield the same results if not
better results because I believe across

is also better absorbed the other thing
is Berberine. Berberine is great I love
Berberine. Berberine I think you can get it
also in like Oregon grape or bitter
melon extract which I know bitter melon
extract is completely different than
bourbon but it tends to act on the same
receptors but I prefer bourbon bourbon
has an anti-aging effect it also tends
to reduce your body’s insulin response
so if you it tends to mitigate and level
off the insulin spike that you get when
you eat a lot of sugar so I would
definitely recommend bourbon
there are other things that you can take
like a know Matt Foreman is supposed to
have some type of a lot of metformin is
supposed to like extend lifespan the
issue that I have with metformin is I
read a few scientific literature papers
that said that on metformin is actually
toxic to the DNA and rather to your
mitochondria now there are some
arguments that this toxicity to your
mitochondria are actually a hormetic
effect meaning that a little bit
actually makes your your mitochondria
are stronger I am NOT certain that
taking metformin is worthwhile because
I’m not certain that the poison effect
in the short term to your mitochondria
is going to represent hormesis and it’s
actually good for you so as a result
until that research has been has been
done until more research has been done
and until
that argument has been settled I would
highly recommend Berberine because it’s
not toxic to your mitochondria so take
it and additionally there have been
recent scientific studies which show
that combining berberine with a stack
something ends up increasing your body’s
or tougher G which means that it kills
off like the the bad cells and and and
your body is able to reproduce and to
become younger you always want to get
into a sage state of autophagy and the
best way of getting into etapa G is by
fasting but I’m going to talk touch on
that later
one more supplement is resveratrol or
something that’s actually better is
pateros stoven Sopot aeroskobing is
actually more powerful than resveratrol
they do act on similar they do act on
similar receptors that have life
extension benefits but I prefer Pateros
stoven so let me just quickly go through

glycine is an amino acid I think it’s
actually the smallest amino acid the
reason why you want to take glycine is
because your body is inundated with
glyphosate which is the fertilizer or

way to get rid of the glyphosate
in your body is to take around 2 grams a
day of glycine now you can take glycine
you can also take TMG which i think is
trimethylglycine or I forgot
exactly what it’s called but you can
take glycine it’s very cheap and it
actually tastes pretty good I just get
the like the loose glycine the powder
it’s not really powder it kind of looks
like sugar particles and I take like 2
grams a day or 1 gram a day and it
tastes pretty good and it actually has
very good life-extension properties the
other awesome thing about cry scene is
that it equals out your ratio of glycine
to methionine ratio which methionine one
of the
big things about meat-eaters where they
tell you that you shouldn’t eat that
many that much meat is that your body is
consuming meat and it’s per its then

take d3 k2 magnesium you also want to
take astaxanthin, you want to take
krill oil you want to take berberine you
want to take pterostilbene and you
want to take glycine those are the only
supplements that you need so you have
the healthy fats for your brain where
you have the krill oil you have the
antioxidants you have the Patera sodium
which is an antioxidant you also have
yest accent thing and then you also are
able to increase your vitamin D3 levels
with the D3 K2 and magnesium and you’re
able to get the life extension benefits
by loading yourself up with glycine now
what are some other things that you can
do one of the most important things that
you can do is don’t eat shit seriously
don’t eat processed foods don’t eat
packaged foods don’t eat foods that have
a lot of sugar don’t even eat that much
fruit the other thing is you should fast
this is probably one of the most
important things that you can do do not
eat three hours before bedtime skip
breakfast breakfast is not the most
important thing the most important meal
of the day
do not eat breakfast you should have a
consolidated eating window where all of
your meals are between 12:00 p.m. and
6:00 p.m.
therefore you are eating for only six
hours a day you are fasting for 18 hours
this will get your
into ketosis it will also get your body
into our tofu G this will dramatically
reduce your chances of getting cancer or
again I’m not a doctor but in my opinion
this will dramatically reduce your
chances of getting cancer because your
body’s gonna constantly recycle and eat
the the the damaged proteins and the
damaged cells and it’s going to enable
you to live a healthier life the other
things that you can do is you should
always have a sauna you should always go
into a sauna
both a far infrared and a near-infrared
so on a far infrared saunas are like the
the traditional like Swedish saunas
where you go in there and you know you
have like a heater and infrared sauna is
something that you can just get an
infrared bulb on Amazon for I think it’s
like 20 bucks you can get one of those
like chicken coop things I’ll eventually
show you guys my sauna setup you can get
like a really cheap like one of those
one of those like little space blankets
that you hang over yourself and then you
can sweat far infrared because of the
EMF radiation that’s put out by the
heaters in my opinion is vastly inferior
to the near infrared red light therapy
that you’re gonna get from the new your
infrared light from the near infrared
the light therapy penetrates
substantially more I actually like to
shine the near-infrared on my balls
because it substantially increases
testosterone production and also helps
you sweat out a lot of heavy metal
toxicity glyphosate etc sauna and and
initiating heat shock proteins are one
of the easiest ways that you can extend

do is you should take cold showers what
I like to do is I like to hop in the
sauna and then I jump in a cold shower
and then I repeat that cycle a few times

alright and pterostilbene. Also don’t eat
shit it’s much more important to
remember what not to eat then what to
eat you should fast you should have a
consolidate the eating windows
specifically six hours and total from
about 12 to 6 p.m. will be ideal you
should not eat anything three hours
before bedtime you should do a sauna far
infrared or near infrared or actually
doing both is better take hold showers
cold that’s funny cold water emergent

a longer and healthier life in a more
