So I love bulk foods because bulk foods is
a great way to make sure that you’re saving
There is a lot great food products that are
high in fiber in bulk foods; nuts, seeds,
steel cut oats, lentils, beans and you can
portion out just what you need and it can
save you on cost to buy in bulk.
