so much stuff going on right now Wow
okay y’all so we just went on I don’t
even know what this is but I was scared
tired almost drowned and died yes two
feet of water I’m gonna die y’all I got
hearing in my nose
I can’t do this so we are here at
Chili’s we’re gonna start off well
somebody has already started off with
eating hot wings but we’re gonna have
some hot wings I’m not gonna eat the
celery I do have some folks zero yeah
this is what someone is eating its food
looks good finally for once you order
something good and this is what I’m
having don’t tell anybody
the next day
good morning YouTube families so I am
currently back at home y’all
the Magic Springs water theme park was
so much fun y’all like oh my gosh I
never imagined I could have so much fun
and something that like my scary self
can do y’all because when it comes to
like adventures like that that’s not my
thing but I was kind of forced to do it
and I liked it like it took me out of my
comfort zone and I think it’s great to
do that every once in a while
y’all new boy got me over here trying
all these crazy things that I would have
never ever ever imagined doing
he’s even like talking about skydiving
y’all I don’t know why you trying to
kill me
so early on like what have I done to
deserve this I really wanted to record
more y’all at the Magic Springs Theme and Water Park
y’all but I just I don’t want
to get my phone wet even though I think
my phone is waterproof I just was scared
I don’t know but um yeah y’all that’s
enough talking about to start meditating
and then ya gotta go pay the light bill
and then after that going to the gym
alright YouTube family so you finally
just pulled up to the gym okay y’all so
I’m gonna let y’all know this I don’t
shorts today and me being me and just
like not being the type of person that
wears shorts y’all like I’m so nervous
like I can’t get over there it’s like
does anyone else go through that like
when you wear shorts I’m trying to get
out of that mindset so yeah these are
like the shorty shorts you know I got a
little bit of booty you know just a
little bit a little taste or whatever I
don’t know what I’m saying but yeah
we’re about to go into the gym and
let’s stop being weird right now okay
Alright so we are done working out yeah I
did not work my non-existent abs today
all because I I don’t know what maybe I
need to start like soaking in Epsom salt
whatever you know what I’m out yeah
that’s what I need to start doing
because y’all there’s no reason for me
to still be sore and I’m sore like I
just was like when I was working I was
like I’m doing this but I really should
be working out so yeah I mean y’all see
me even it’s like stretching I stretched
before I work out I don’t stretch after
I work out maybe that’s also a reason
I’m sore all the time
yeah and the in fact that I never like
soak my muscles as well so I mean yeah
I’m working against my own self probably
anything I love so we are about to go to
the post office and then after that we
are going to go home because it need to
cook some food I’m hungry y’all so so so
so so so so hungry alright so first meal
of the day y’all I have two and a half
keto pancakes with natural creamy peanut
butter my Walden Farms sugar-free syrup
yes so good then I have some
strawberries two eggs sausage patties
bacon and one whole avocado and yeah
y’all I haven’t had a first meal of the
day like this in the wild so yeah I’m
feeling like awesome right now due to
the fact that I have not made keto
pancakes in a while y’all and I call
myself winging it
oh no so I’m gonna link above my coconut
flour keto pancake recipe and I’m gonna
have to watch that video of myself y’all
cause I don’t like my pancakes right now
they’re not cute and yeah I want my
pancakes to look somewhat cute so yeah
alright y’all so we are back in the car
about to go to Zumba class got my water
ready it’s not as cold as I would like
it to be but it’s okay due to the fact
that I just want to eat basically y’all
for the heck of it um I can’t have like
a full meal before Zumba because um No
so I do have my planter’s roasted pecans
y’all these are definitely one of my top
keto friendly snacks right now y’all
right
I’ll eat this whole container but I know
I don’t need to so no
for tonight you also I have two chicken
wings some hot sauce some green beans
that just look very sad and then I have
some scrambled egg and to drink I’m just
getting some water that’s it
hey YouTube family so this is the
editing version of myself coming in so I
really and truly enjoyed myself at the
Magic Springs Theme and Waterpark y’all
it was so much fun
oh my gosh oh like right now y’all new
boy is I really impressing me but you
know we can’t just put all our eggs in
one basket is so far yeah but right now
y’all I’m pretty impressed mm-hmm
because y’all know the male species are
just crazy
sorry too my male followers now y’all oh
but you know them other ones that’s who
we turn out so y’all while we were there
even though I did not work out y’all
that day um I feel like I got a good
workout in because we had to go upstairs
repeatedly and I was like oh my gosh
this is ridiculous and he kept saying like aren’t you supposed
to be like a Fitness YouTuber
leave me alone
and all that stuff and I was like
oh my gosh so that was a little bit of
motivation for me to keep going up some
ridiculous stairs y’all like that’s all
the complaint I had about it like why so
many stairs but I did get a good workout
in but I will say this y’all I don’t
consider myself to be a Fitness Youtuber
I don’t think I don’t know let’s not put
ourself in a box okay alright I will say
this though y’all I do not wear a
bathing suits period like ever and for
me to go to Magic Springs and just feel
somewhat comfortable in my body y’all
like I mean new boy was like hyping me
up and all this stuff but I was just so
insecure because in my mind I’m still at
over 200 pounds like that’s really how I
feel but like I mean he just was really
hyping me up or whatever and
made me feel great but I still was just
like and that whole mindset that I need
to get out of y’all just see I had some
mashed potatoes and I know that’s not
kitto friendly y’all but I get so good
last night y’all and I was like this is
gonna be a little treat to myself so I
enjoyed myself I did have a little bit
of funnel cake I didn’t show y’all that
cuz I didn’t record that but I did have
that y’all the guys said like the funnel
cake machine was like messing up and so
we just got a big funnel cake and I just
was like why is it when I try to like
you know use like a little cheat day or
whatever people always give me
unnecessary amounts of food and I’m just
like dang but thankfully him and I were
like you know sharing it or whatever and
so yeah even though it’s not like
strictly keto y’all on that day and I
can see the next day I just got back
into like keto mode like you know just
to say that y’all if you do like fall
off of the keto wagon keto train or
whatever for a day or two a week or
whatever just get back on don’t even go
through the whole life oh my gosh why
did I do that why did I sabotage myself
even though you know sometimes I do that
myself you know I’ll just be like
whatever it happened you can’t go back
to the past
so you know just get back into formation
like Beyonce I said oh my gosh y’all
