Full Day Of Eating Keto I Keto Summer Shred 2019

now look at that y’all the sky is just
so beautiful this morning like it’s such
a blessing to be alive like you know we
say that but we really take that for
granted though like it really is a
blessing just to be alive good morning
y’all so about to start meditating you
know trying to get those positive juices
flowing early this morning
from heaven you guys about to walk into
Zumba – II am right now so I got put on
lotion
okay y’all so just got done with Zumba
I’m rocking this keto shirt it has bacon
cheese broccoli and eggs on it yeah oh
whoa what’s going on back there so y’all
with me being on my period I feel like
I’ve been doing pretty good I haven’t
had any snacks I’ve been doing pretty
good on keto so I’m going to reward
myself with the No Cow Energy Bar this is the chunky peanut
butter kind it’s so good and I get from
GNC and y’all I’ve been drinking a
whole lot of water like I haven’t been
snagging or anything like this week has
been like pretty good like with working
out and everything like of course I
haven’t been one to go to the gym but
I’ve been going pretty proud of myself
and I really do find this keto friendly
snack like pretty great because it is
none dairy and it’s no sugar added
gluten free soy free non-gmo and is
vegan friendly like that’s just awesome
it’s sometimes hard to find keto and non
dairy snacks and this is only 9 grams
net carbs haven’t really been snacking
or anything today like I told y’all it
said yeah got to enjoy this tonight I
cooked one pork chop and one egg that
kind of looks deformed y’all but we’re
just going to roll with it then I have
some peas and two bacon strips and to
drink I’m just having some water because
you know it’s important to get that h2o
in oh and I did cook everything in
coconut oil
hold-hold-hold contraction yeah open
tracks like two seconds just to see job
how many is it
okay also this is a nice little ego
friendly lunch that I’m having so I have
one pork shop some baked chicken cabbage
and to drink I’m gonna have some Diet
Coke oh yeah that’s what I’m having and
this is like a nice little I guess
vegetarian friendly meal whatever
whatever you got going on over here yeah
thousand years later okay y’all so we
were about to go to Zumba class I got on
their own bra today first number class
Haley I hate myself but we’re just gonna
roll with it like it’s nothing probably
gonna be like this the whole time I
don’t work it out but whatever let’s go
okay yeah so Zumba’s over I’m sweaty
they had me to go to the front of class
and dais I don’t know why y’all I’m such
an introvert but I had fun so yeah all
right so I’m at go home and get food
okay also tonight’s dinner is gonna be
one chicken thigh that I overcooked
of course my sugar-free ketchup – bacon
strips one egg and some sweet peas and a
drink I’m just having my cherry coke
Zero and I’m watching Gossip Girl on
Netflix right yeah so this is like my
little dessert or whatever I got going
on over here because I have my
watermelon and I sprinkle some pink
Himalayan sea salt on top of my
watermelon y’all put salt on top of your
watermelons because like I don’t
understand how people just eat
watermelon normal like without anything
on it I don’t even know how I’m trying
to explain this job but yeah I just love
putting salt on my watermelon I mean I
will eat it like if it doesn’t have salt
but when you put salt on it like the
sweetness and the saltiness that’s just
awesome y’all like that combo is
everything hey YouTube family so this is
the June 29th version of myself coming
in just sitting outside chillin editing
and everything like today is actually a
pretty great day I do want to remind
y’all that I did say that I am going to
start my keto summer shred on July 1st
which will be when this video actually
goes up so I’m yeah y’all I’m actually
pretty excited for it a little scared
because y’all I’ve been having all the
carbs lately
because I wanted to prepare myself
mentally I guess whatever oh no this
what I had in my mind prepare myself for
having no cheat days nothing that’s upper
Holman and just see how it goes with me
doing Strict Keto and I may have been
more than I can chew but y’all I’m gonna
do it I’m still going to be doing three
videos a week y’all I’m going to
definitely be putting the dates on the
video so y’all will know what day it is
being accountable fully on tomorrow
morning I’m going to be filming my
before picture or whatever or video I
don’t know what words um yeah so um yeah
I know I’m gonna hate this guy’s like I
said yeah I’ve been having all these
carbs in my stomach
whoo-chow I look like a whole different
person right now honestly though yo I’m
like slick and beers to show y’all my
before body or my current body right now
because like like I feel like I don’t
know I’m just like embarrassed because
I’ve done so good and then I slice
slipped up like a week and a half and I
slipped up y’all I fell in into that
card world like Phil always
and y’all I even told my mom I was like
I don’t even know why I mean these carbs
because I feel horrible eating them
anyways but I just want to get this all
at my system because I know I’m gonna be
one of them during the whole like you
know the month of July so just why don’t
I just get it out of my system this is
what I came up with y’all and I as I’m
telling y’all this like every time I try
to explain this I feel like so dumb but
there’s that and y’all like I said I am
starting my little kiddos summer shred
so if you want to join me I would love
that all the support I’m gonna need whoo
Jesus imma need it oh and let me tell
y’all I have not stepped on the scale
because I don’t need that type of
negativity in my life
I’ll save that for tomorrow you know
yeah you are like a real OG like a real
OG you will know that when I break out
like right here it’s basically due to me
eating like a whole lot of carbs so this
is proof when I’m not eating right
really typically or whatever so I’m yeah
i really don’t break out so yeah also my
period is about to come on so me
starting this keto summer shred with my
period coming on at the same time I
don’t know why I do stuff like this
myself but it is gonna push me till I
just see what I am capable of which I
know I can achieve it I know we can
achieve it cuz I know y’all not gonna
have me doing this out here by myself so
yeah but anywho y’all the Sun is
definitely beaming down on me right now
