I eat in a day on the low carb keto diet,
I’m going to share simple, easy meals
with you, meals that are just super
simple to prepare, just give you loads of
ideas along the way as well and also

and so yeah I’m gonna share breakfast
lunch and dinner of simple keto meals today.
I’ve got a circle of salami sizzling in the pan and I’m gonna add a few more ingredients to my beautiful
keto breakfast, I’ve moved the salami
aside cracked a couple of eggs, two for
me, three for husband and I’m gonna let
that all get nice and crispy and
beautifully cooked together and then I’m
gonna add some veggies, for my veggies
I’m just simply sauteing a whole lot of
spinach leaves I washed them and there
was obviously a lot of water still on
them so there’s a lot of water kind of
steaming my spinach, I’m
gonna saute those and then add them onto
my plate and I’ll show you my plate when
it’s done, so for veggies I simply
sauteed a whole lot of spinach and I’ve
got my fried eggs and crispy salami
there and the light in here it’s very
interesting so there loads of shadows
but anyway I’m gonna have my breakfast
and I’ll catch up with you through the day.
And this is my lovely lunch I’ve got
a bed of spinach, smoked salmon and feta,
this is really one of those, let’s empty
the contents of the fridge into a plate
and have a salad so I had spinach open
that I needed to use, I had a packet of
smoked salmon open that needed to be used and some feta
and put it all together for lunch you
could just as easily use a tin of tuna,
use any leftover meat lurking around in
your fridge, really just put together a
salad start with a good nice bed of
greens and just add in other ingredients
that are low-carb and keto diet friendly
and then to raise the fat content I’m
going to drizzle over heaps of olive oil
and maybe I’ll add a pinch of salt for
some flavor but you can add any other, in
the past loved using avocado oil, any kind
of salad dressing that you like that’s
low carb high fat really raises the fat
content and having a salad like this is
rarely filling when you see its
massive and all the good healthy fat contents it keeps you satiated
for hours and hours and hours.
And it’s now much later in the afternoon, evening I tend to do 16/8 intermittent fasting, so shortly before 4 o’clock depending on my
days I’ll sometimes just have a snack I
feel like a bit of a meal so we had
breakfast earlier, lunch and this is
kinds of going to count as dinner and so what
I’ve got is I’ve got this it’s broccoli
and cauliflower rice you can use
cauliflower rice it’s just that I found
this and I’ve been enjoying using this
but you can buy a whole cauliflower rice
it but this is all about simple and easy
so buying ready riced cauliflower, which
it’s really easy to get hold of these
days, I’ve got my broccoli cauliflower rice,
I’m gonna cook that in heaps of butter
and then add a bit of cream and cheese to make a bit of a kind of like mac and
cheese but with rice instead, I’ll show
you as I go.
Right I’ve got heaps butter melting in the frying pan, I’m going to pour out, think I’m going to actually cook the whole lot for my
husband and I, if there’s anything
left over, well I’ll enjoy it tomorrow,
I’m just going to cook this in the
butter until it starts getting a bit
translucent, yeah and maybe a little bit
golden just keep an eye watching it and
once it’s cooked to my liking
we’re gonna add the other ingredients so
yeah just add a bit more butter as I go
to make sure that it doesn’t stick and
it gets nice and lovely and buttery it
really takes no time at all but just
adding more butter like this to be low
carb and high fat I was having a look
before the whole bag pretty much of this
cauliflower rice has about 2 grams of carbs
so one gram each with a bit of butter,
cheese, cream – beautiful low carb meal
right this is cooked to my liking, can
you see the pieces are glossy and
translucent, so now I’m going to pour
over some cream and add a couple of
generous handfuls of cheese and a little
bit more that’s kind of like a mac and
cheese but with cauliflower rice
definitely yum meal, now I’m just going
to let that bubble away for a sec, let all
the cheese melt, give it a good stir
through and I’ll just pop it in a bowl
once it’s done, that was bubbling away
nicely but I’ve decided to add more
cheese because I like it super cheesy,
well you could definitely add a bit of
Parmesan or another cheese or any
other ingredients you like just you know
it’s kind of like a mac and cheese but
cauliflower, broccoli it’s just a lovely
low carb high fat keto simple easy meal
