Free KETO e-cookbook Desserts and Treats | Keto Recipes | Low Carb Dessert Recipes

Welcome to keto meals and recipes dot com.
I’m extremely happy to be releasing my first gift to everyone, a free keto desserts and treats cookbook.
Which, by the way, is available to all of my subscribers and viewers. If you want it, just go to the
description below, where you will find the link to my blog where you’ll be able to sign up for this free cookbook.
So here is the front cover of my keto desserts and treats cookbook. I hope that you will like my design and layout.
This is a preview video. So please do provide your comments and any suggestions for improvements.
I always welcome constructive ideas,
to help me better understand what you, my subscribers and viewers, would like, or what you need. So let’s go through the cookbook now.
So, here is the inside cover page which explains that the
recipes are all based on my sugar-free sweetened condensed milk or my dairy-free sweetened condensed milk. All of the recipes
use this as a starting ingredient.
The next page has the necessary information regarding copyright,
my disclaimer,
notification regarding our participation in the affiliate programs. And, of course credits.
The next page is page one, which is the table of contents. As you can see, this is pretty self-explanatory.
The next page is the dedication page.
This page is very important to me because it’s my way of expressing
my gratitude and thanks to my amazing husband, for all that
he has done to enable this website, my blog and now this e cookbook.
I could not have done this without his help.
The next section is a brief personal history, my channel presentation philosophy, and why I started the keto meals and recipes dot
com website and blog.
Which brings us to the next page,
the individual recipe index. As you can see, I have started with the two basic recipes:
The sugar free sweetened condensed milk and the dairy free sweetened condensed milk. In most of these recipes,
they are interchangeable and you can substitute
the dairy-free version for the sugar-free sweetened condensed version. After this first section, then I group the recipes by
categories, such as my keto fudge.
I have included 8 previously posted recipes and 10 new recipes,
exclusive to this cookbook. By the way,
if you would like me to post a video for these recipes, do leave me a message in the comment section.
And for the recipes themselves, here is how the recipes are laid out. First,
I provide a page with the name of the recipe and an enticing photo. The next page has a macronutrient chart at the top
so you can make a decision as to how much, or what
size serving you want to have. Under the macronutrient chart are the ingredients and the recipe
description. Also, this e-cookbook has a youtube link button, which will bring you to the already posted recipes. As well,
You can click on the ingredients, which will bring you to the Amazon link.
So, again, after the ‘beginning with’ section, you’ll find the posted fudge recipes.
And, in this section, you will notice my first new recipe, my Canadian maple walnut fudge. Doesn’t that look delicious?
Maple is an amazing flavor for fudge and one of my favorites.
In the next section, I introduce a recipe for the traditional, and I hope I pronounce this correctly, brigadeiro,
Brazilian fudge truffle.
I apologize to all my Brazilian and Portuguese speaking friends for massacring that word!
These Brazilian, keto version, truffles are a completely keto version and are absolutely amazing, and look really festive.
When I made them and then had my family sample them, they were all gone in less than one day.
So, I guess I’ll have to make some more.
The next new recipe I have included is my version of Vietnamese egg coffee.
For this recipe,
I provided two ways of making it, the classic way, which is using raw eggs, and a way for you to make it by tempering
the egg yolks over a bain marie.
I get very nervous with raw eggs. I tend to prefer this way because, in my area, I’m not that confident that the eggs are pasteurized.
But, it’s completely up to you which version you choose to make. Both are absolutely delicious.
A while ago, I had a request for an oreo cheesecake ice cream.
So I have included that recipe here, too.
Because many people have said they don’t have an ice cream maker,
I have made all of these ice cream recipes ‘no machine needed’ versions.
In this cookbook,.
I have also included my favorite lemon ice cream
recipe. I have found that using the sweetened condensed milk has given this lemon ice cream a
similar taste, and texture which resembles Italian gelato.
This ice cream is so creamy and has a great balance between sweetness and tartness,
like the Italian ice cream is famous for. I hope you’ll give this recipe a try. I’m sure it will become a favorite.
Now,
if you’re looking for a dessert that is fast and
very impressive, where people will think you spent a lot of time working on it,
you will love this quick and easy lime mousse.
Or, you could also make this raspberry mousse parfait.
It’s easy to put together and it presents beautifully. In the description. I’ve also included two different ways to present this parfait.
Because we all love muffins, and, by the way, muffins make an excellent on-the-go or take along breakfast,
I also included my moist blueberry streusel muffins. You’ll find that these muffins are quite dense, very filling, and will leave you satisfied.
And one final new recipe is a redo of my key lime cheesecake.
I had intended to release this cookbook upon reaching the twenty thousand subscriber mark,
but it took a lot more time and was a lot more work than I had initially thought it would be.
