FOOD FOR JOINT PAIN & DIGESTION BY DIETITIAN PRITI NATH GURU II

In the previous video we’ve talk about the diet to be eaten during monsoon.
And I’ve told you that we should avoid Spicy food.
Through this video, I want to share that what kind of food we should take during monsoon.
In this season we should prefer bland food, because we don’t have to take spicy food.
Also we should take such items which are bitter in taste.
Which helps us to get rid of the problems like indigestion.
We can prefer Bitter Gourd, Fenugreek Seeds.
Fenugreek seeds are such food item, if we take this in the morning
Especially people who suffer from joint pain in the rainy season, it can help them a lot.
1/4-1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds soaked overnight & in the morning it can be taken with plain water.
Also if we boil cinnamon in Luke warm and taking it in next day morning, gives relief in joint pain.
Apart from this,there are lot of food items which help us to prevent from indigestion
Along with our regular dry turmeric powder we can take raw turmeric.
If we increase its intake, it protect us from indigestion and infection.
Using Margosa leaves also helps us to fight with these problems.
Apart from this Cumin Seeds are also very helpful.
Lot of people complain about swelling in their hand and feet in this season.
Boil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds in one glass of water
Once its boiled, cover it and add few coriander leaves in it
We can take this hot and cold as well.
Don’t add salt in it, as it that could be the cause of swelling in it.
So by adding black pepper powder, we can take this water either cold or hot.
