hi guys today I will be talking about
the flax seeds how they are helpful in
weight loss it is a superfood with lots
of health benefits including it helps
the weight loss quickly with its high
fiber content and omega-3 fatty acids
including the flaxseed in your daily
diet it helps in the digestion and it’s
also a natural laxative it helps to
control the high cholesterol blood
pressure diabetes and reduces the uric
acid levels prevents guy gouty arthritis
it is found to reduce the inflammation
in the joint due to the arthritis so 1
to 2 tbsp of ground unroasted flax seeds
is the recommended daily dose so it is
best to grind the flax seeds as it is
better absorbed by the body if it is
consumed in the ground form so make it a
point to have a plenty of water and
ground the flax seeds always store these
flax seeds in an airtight container as
they have the tendency to and run brands
it because of the oil contained in them
you will not shoot improperly then pass
through your digestive system without
absorbing into your body and it is it is
very difficult to chew the whole flax
seeds as the outer shell of this it is
thick but it contains all the thickness
so just to powder them and consume them
so – you have to

because just buy the organic flax seed
and grind it at the home I generally use
flaxseed flour or mill chapati or I make
the PISA

many different ways I just share it with
you just to incorporate in my daily

as I do it daily and mix it well in your
cart and have it with some salt and
black pepper you know just make a right
out of it so it’s my favorite pure way
of having a flax seed so just just this
is the way you can include incorporate
some succeed in your daily diet so or
what as you can do you can use it in a
smoothie sometimes you can make a nice
turmeric powder or drink I will soon be
sharing one nice turmeric powder recipe
or drink a device in that you can use
this flaxseed so you just take you know
any kind of smoothie any vegetable juice
like you just put one koo kumba tomato
or just put some flax seeds or whatever
sweeter you are having just try to
incorporate this flaxseed powder or
flaxseed in your diet and just you can
sprinkle over your salad this is my
favorite way even I do this also you
know there is no need of making any
special salad for this anything if you
are taking some cocoon bird or carrot
also you can just sprinkle some flax
seeds over that or tea it’s my food
this is my lunch so I just sprinkle some
flaxseed to over my channel you know
that is of the you can just incorporate
your flax seeds right so best ever
