Party on, party people, let me hear some noise
DC’s in the house, jump, jump, rejoice

Hey Fit Lifer Drew Canole back again in the
kitchen with Danette May and we are making
something that I’m really fond of.
You guy are going to die for these.
They’re everyone’s favorite in my group.
We are making Reece’s peanut buttercup superfood
Reece’s peanut butter cup.
So let’s talk about the ingredients what
do we got?
Alright guys, you guys can see so simple.
It’s going to blow your mind and we only
have four ingredients.
How cool is that?
We’ve got superfood cacao, this is the finest
best cacao you get your hands on.
Loaded with superfoods.
You can see below all the different things
that are inside this raw cacao.
So chocolate raw cacao actually opens your
heart and that’s why it is known as that
love food because it does raises your vibration
and gets you into that love feeling.
100% maple syrup and then we’ve got a cup
of coconut oil.
Amazing superfood for you so good for your
Guys we’re ready to go and raw peanut butter.
So I am blown away on how easy this is to
You’re going to love this and you can take
this to parties, you can have them in the
snack and not feel guilty about it at all.
We’re going to just melt this, we’re not
trying to heat anything up.
Were just trying to blend it, get it into
consistency were we can pour.
Pour it in?
Just dump it all the way in, no fancy smell.
Alright and then we put a cup of that coconut
oil and we’ve got a fourth cup of a hundred
percent maple syrup.
Here’s a spoon, just thrown it up we don’t
want to heat it too much just enough to pour.
Pour it in like this?
Yep we are just going to pour it into an easier
pour device so we have little mini cupcake
but if you want to use full-size then that
would be the true size.
No judge e here.
No judge me here like I’ve used full cupcakes
sized ones but you want to do a cake liner
then just do it.
Thin, thin layer like you know, very thin.
Is that just enough?
Yeah a little.
You know how when you bite into a Reece’s
peanut butter cup that bottom layer, that’s
about the thickness so it’s very little,
just very little.
Alright guys, now what you going to do is
take about ten minutes, place this in the
freezer as straight as you can for about ten
minutes until that bottom gets cold.
Alright here we go.
Step one, what we are going to do now is just
take a thin layer of healthier peanut butter
and this is the part you just need to be a
I just did a little layer of peanut butter.
Well you’re good!
You know what I mean?
All you’re going to do now you guys and
I am going to let you do this because you’re
the pro is do a thin layer covering up that
peanut butter and then we’re going to stick
it in the fridge until they’re frozen.
Just like that?
You’re so good.
Oh my god the cacao fumes!
Alright you guys so you can see we have a
lot left, you can make two batches of the
mini ones or a full batch of the bigger muffin
Is that good?
We will put the full recipe below.
I got some peanut butter floaters in here.
That’s okay let’s put it in the freezer
until they’re frozen.
Okay so here they are, are you ready?
Yeah let’s do this!
So you guys alright let’s cut into this.
Oh my god this is incredible.
All you have to do here is take it out of
So go ahead and cut half of this.
Oh look at that peanut butter layer.
I am going to take a bite actually.
Okay how was it?
I think I want one of your really big peanut
You got to play around layer of chocolate.
No way that’s so much better!
You won’t feel crushed when you eat these
after you eat them just like when you eat
the regular candy one.
Hmm actually want more.
That cacao is actually giving me energy.
It will and I am so glad you said that it
makes you happy?
Yeah why are we laughing so much?
It goes straight to your brain.
I’m going to challenge you guys to try this
and not just instantly feel like this energy
It’s so powerful!
