Fat Burning Workout For Women Over 50!

Hi I’m Schellea and welcome to Fabulous
50’s today we’re going to do a
five-minute fat burning workout on a
rebounder and if you don’t know about
rebounders I’m going to tell you all
about them but what I can tell you is
that rebounding every day is going to
change your life it really is and I’m
going to also tell you why it’s so
amazingly important for women our age
group to be doing that so if you’re over
50 and don’t know about rebounding
you’ve got to get one and I’ll explain
to you as I go okay we’re started now
when you start rebounding just start
slowly bouncing on your feet and just
get your movement happening in your body
I learned about rebounding about ten
years ago when I was doing a Tony
Robbins seminar and it was a week-long
full of fasting juice fasting and
learning about health and it was amazing
but during that time we were encouraged
to rebound every hour or so and the
reason for that was to energize us so we
could learn more what rebounding does is
it increases our energy and improves our
mood and the reason that is is because
as we’re bouncing like this and going up
and down
we’re invigorating every single cell in
our body and we’re flooding all of it
ourselves with oxygen and what that does
is it lifts our mood brightens our day
and does about a million other things
that are good for our body imagine
there’s a line dividing our body and
we’re going to use our left hand in our
right leg and our right hand in our left leg in different combinations
because that’s going to help us really
really fire up our brain and keep us
younger for longer and if you ever had a
child who had motor skill problems and
got therapy when they were younger
or had trouble with reading and
interpreting information these are the
kinds of exercises that were given to
those children and if you think about it
what a better time in life for us to be
doing these exercises so that we can
continue on with our motor skills being
on fire and on point for the rest of our
lives so get yourself one of these and
five minutes a day is all you need if
you do a lot of computer work get on one
of these things for a few minutes and
you’re so much better your energy
returns immediately okay slow down a
little bit right arm and our left leg
and use our mind to think about what
we’re doing
right leg left arm touch touch keep
going if you need a break just go slow
like this you’re doing great
what you are doing is flooding yourself
full of happy endorphins with all that
oxygen okay let’s move our legs into
scissors put your arms out straight
okay
just practice doing these right arm
over left left arm over right this is
amazing the pelvic floor muscles as well
slow down
this is so good all these crossover
exercises are creating neural pathways
between our left and right brain I
promise you you’re going to feel amazing
two minutes after you finish this you’re
going to be full of energy so if you’re
feeling down and feeling out and feeling
like you can’t get on with the day and
you just a little bit lost this is going
to help better than any medication that
you could possibly think of doing this
we’re burning fat it’s the best way to
burn fat over the age of 50 for sure
because it’s non impact and it’s raising
our mood if you’re going through
menopause daily everyday just do this
you’re going to start feeling great promise
you okay slow down to a gentle jump
try this arms and jumping okay back the
other way
does it does shock your mind a little
bit thinking what should I do but it
doesn’t matter no one’s watching just do
the best you can going down to a slower
slow to jump we’re nearly there nearly
there
that’s so good I feel amazing slow right
down just to a bounce now we’ve got to
get our body back down to our heartbeat
that’s pre workout just go slow and as
you gently stop bouncing we’ll do this
and we’ll just tap our organs and
kidneys
thank them for getting rid of all those
toxins for us while we’re just exercised
I guarantee you you’re going to feel
amazing
and you’re going to be able to do all
those jobs you’ve been putting off
nothing better than doing this every day
