I have reviewed Factor 75 actually twice in
the past, and so I am linking that article

It’s got a couple of pictures and more information
if you want to have some more details.
But in this video I just want to give you
a quick overview of why I like Factor 75 so
much and why I think it’s one of the best
meal delivery services in the country.

The premise of Factor 75 is — and that’s
where the name comes from — that 75% of
your fitness comes from what you eat.
So the better you eat the fitter you are,
the healthier you are.
Diet is not something that you want to do
for two weeks as a New Year’s resolution.
It’s a lifestyle.
It’s something that you want to commit to
until you drop dead, hopefully just of old
age and not of a chronic disease or a metabolic
disease like Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes,
and many of the other leading causes of death.
Factor 75 meals are naturally gluten-free,
meaning they do not use any ingredients that
contain gluten.
However, they use a shared kitchen so cross
contamination is theoretically possible.
And if you suffer from Celiac disease, I would
encourage you to reach out to Factor 75 before

Now my goal as a blogger and as a healthy
lifestyle enthusiast, and also Factor 75 (storer
? 1:57) is to put you on a better path towards
a healthier life.
And an easy way to do this is to fix your
diet basically; to remove certain unhealthy
foods and add healthy foods instead.
Over all when you sign up with Factor 75 you
can pick a frequency; basically how many meals
you would like to have delivered per week.
You can pick four, six, eight, twelve or eighteen.
The more meals you get, the less expensive
the meals are.
So it starts at about $15 if you order 4 meals
per week.
So if you order 18 meals per week then the
meal price drops from $15 to $11.
That’s very reasonable considering the quality
of meals that you are getting.
Now, the type of meals that you can choose
from include ketogenic.
So those are high fat and low carb type of
meals.
You can pick paleo meals that are also very
healthy with clean ingredients.
You can get dairy free meals.
Obviously if you pick paleo then dairy is
implicit because dairy is not allowed on paleo.
You can pick spicy or regular meals.
So if you like it spicy then those are certainly
the ones that you can choose from.
Then there is the low carb option.
Low carb is a step down from keto.
So if you want to ease it in and reduce your
carbs slowly then the low carb meal is certainly
an option for you and it would be my recommendation.

What about taste?
Well, I mean obviously everyone has a different
taste but I can tell you that I’ve loved
every single Factor 75 meal that I’ve had
so far.
I’ve tasted them on two separate occasions.
My family likes them.
My wife likes them and my wife is typically…she
is a little bit more picky than I am.
Let’s put it that way.
And she liked the meals very much and the
kids like them as well.

So you get those meals, I think overnight
really, relatively quick.
So they don’t….and the temperature remains
intact and they remain cool in that box, obviously.

All right, so I’ve just come back from workout,
and I’m super hungry.
Now it’s time to eat.
So I’m going to share some of the Factor
75 meals that we’ve got in the fridge.
As I mentioned before we’re going to leave
to Europe in a couple of days so our fridge
is almost empty as you can see; not much in
there anymore.
But we’ve got a couple of Factor 75 meals.
So let’s pick the ones that we want to use.
They are all keto.
I’m going to have a pork tenderloin, and
I am going to have chicken parmesan.
All right so those are the ones I’m going
to have.
We don’t have a microwave.
We have a steamer.
We’re going to steam them.
I think it’s going to be much better.

All right.
The steamer is ready so let’s get the food
out.
It smells very good.
Just to recap what we’ve got here.
I’ve got those two here so we can see what
we’ve got here.
We’ve got the chicken parmesan which has
680 calories, and 40 grams of fat, 63 grams
of proteins.
It’s relatively high in proteins.
And some people think that excess of protein
can kick you out of ketosis but that is absolutely
not true.
It is a myth.
There is no scientific evidence.
The process of gluconeogenesis which is the
process which converts non-carb sources into
glucose is demand driven and not supply driven.
That means if you eat more protein than what
you need, that doesn’t necessarily mean
you’re going to end up with more glucose
in your body.
So 63 grams of proteins is no issue.
And we have 13 grams of net carbs.
The other one is a pork tenderloin with a
cabbage casserole.
We’ve got 540 calories.
Yes, and I’m going to eat both because I’m
really hungry.
We’ve got 39 grams of fat, 37 grams of protein
and only 8 grams of net carbs.
This might not look as yummy as it is and
as it smells.
I’m very much looking forward to digging
in.
I’m going to enjoy this meal with a nice
glass of red wine, even though we have a mix
of chicken and pork.
And also red wine, technically is not keto
but it does not keep me out of ketosis by
having a glass of wine.
So I’m totally fine with it.
It makes me happy.
