Easy Spinach Cheese Omelette Recipe – Indian Breakfast – Keto Omelet

but want it very quickly
These fluffy Spinach Omelette are just
perfect for those days.
I know it sounds indulgent but some days you
want to give into the indulgence.
Spinach, fluffy eggs
and lots of cheese, what’s not to love?
So, let’s see how to make fluffy Spinach Omelette.
To make spinach and cheese omelette, you need to
follow simple steps and you can make this
fancy breakfast easily at home.
Most of the time,
by adding few simple ingredients and following few
simple steps while cooking, you can make any dish
look better and taste better
In this video I am going
to show you how to make this delicious
looking fluffiest and reasonably healthy
omelette at home.
So, first of all wash and chop the spinach.
Keep it aside
and now
let’s move on to most important step
for making any fluffy omelette
you need to prepare the batter for it.
I have cracked an egg
and now I am going to separate egg white
from the egg yolk.
Likewise I have separated all egg whites
from the egg yolks.
This is very important because if you whisk
both egg whites and egg yolks together
the consistency of the froth is not so good.
So, likewise I have cracked all the eggs and separated
yolks and whites.
Now, I have seasoned it with a bit of salt
now for whisking egg whites, you can use
this hand whisk and whisk it for longer time.
But, I prefer to use this electric beater
and make the frothy egg whites
like this in minutes.
So, its up-to you if you have the electric beater
use that or you can use the hand whisk.
Now, egg whites are done. I have lightly whisked
egg yellows as well and gently going to mix
these with the egg white.
We do not want to destroy this frothy egg white
so be gentle with the step.
I am now keeping this batter aside
and heating a tablespoon of oil in a pan.
When the oil is lightly hot I am going to add spring onion
You can use regular red onion if you wish but
green onion adds more flavor to the omelette.
So, now I am adding some chopped green chilies,
and some chopped ginger
now I am just going to saute them for a minute
and add spinach
cook this as well for a minute
and season it with some freshly cracked black pepper.
Now, add one(1) cup of chopped spinach in the
egg batter
and pour it in the pan.
Another thing you have to take care is choose
the pan size according to the no of eggs you are using.
Now on the eggs I am going to sprinkle some more
freshly cracked pepper,
fresh coriander
and drizzle some olive oil in the sides
as well as on the top.
This will prevent the sticking of the omelette on the pan.
I am now going to cover and cook it
on slow for few minutes after that
remove the lid, loosen the edge in between
so that it doesn’t stick.
While cooking this omelette
keeping the heat to low and
covering the pan is very important
because its a thick omelette,
we want the eggs to cook properly.
Omelette is mostly cooked now,
add some grated cheese.
And for some more cheesy taste
some more Cheddar cheese slices.
I am now going to cover it again and
cook for few more minutes.
So that
eggs are cooked
properly.
Eggs are cooked through
all sides. Now omelette is mostly done
now just fold it and enjoy this cheesy omelette
with some toasted bread
or maybe a salad to go with it
for a dinner, breakfast, lunch whatever you feel like.
