EASY Keto Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

I’m gonna share with you the most
delicious Keto cheesecake smoothie that
you could have ever imagined. But I want
to first tell you about why I created
this recipe. So, for me, personally I love
cheesecake, right. But over the time that
I’ve been doing Keto I’ve transformed my
life by getting away from the cravings
that I had for sugar and I did it with
recipes like this. So traditional
cheesecake is so delicious, but we know
that it’s got tons of sugar, it’s got
flour. It really inflames our entire
body, so it’s not something that we would
ever want in our lives and what it does
more than anything is put us on that
hamster wheel where we’re craving,
craving, craving that sort of sweetness
so I had to think of, ‘How do I get the
satisfying like smooth delicious texture
of cheesecake without putting my body
into that state of freakout?’ And this is
the solution. So, what we’re gonna start
with is a cup of organic coconut, this is
almond milk, you can use hemp, you can use
macadamia nut milk, it doesn’t matter
This is filled with all of the good fats
that you’re gonna use as a base for your
smoothie. The next ingredient we’re going
to use is a cup of full fat ricotta
cheese. So this is gonna provide so many
of the good omegas and nutrients and it
adds the silkiness and the satisfying
reduction in cravings that comes from it.
The next ingredient I want to use is the
whole foods MCT oil. So we’re gonna use a
tablespoon of that and we know that
medium chain triglycerides are going to
help our body really fast track into
ketosis so this helps us to produce
twice as many ketones. So four hours after
you’ve drank this your body is producing
as many ketones from those MCTS. If you
don’t want MCTS you could use a coconut
butter or something like that. Next we’re
gonna add 2 tablespoons of ground flax
this is filled with omega threes and
again this entire recipe, this Keto
cheesecake smoothie, for me is all about
bashing our cravings because I
personally have suffered so much from
the effects of cravings and inflammation
that it creates in my body and that
crazy sort of feeling of always having
to get more sugar. So here we have a
quarter cup of strawberries for those of
you that are new to Keto you want to
replace these with maybe raspberries or
blackberries something that has a lower
net carb but for somebody like me who’s
been doing keto for over a year and a
half I can use this quarter cup of
strawberries and stay within the
ketogenic ratios that I need to stay in
so my ketones can stay up. So we’re gonna
add these in and then this is Celtic sea
salt. So this is also very exciting this
is citrus bergamot oil, this is the
essential oil, and I’m going to add three
drops of it in here. This is optional,
it’s up to you. But the reason I’m adding
it is because you’re getting the power
phenols so this is also activating your
autophagy, which is so beneficial we know
when we’re on the Keto life. So we’ve
got that added and then for those of you
that want some collagen, this is fish
collagen you can use bovine collagen
whatever you want to use. I like to put
collagen into almost everything I do
because our bodies are looking for it
all the time and we just don’t get
enough of it.

smoothie that’s filled with antioxidants,
polyphenols, good fats, Omega threes,
collagen, all the things that you want to
be putting into your body and the key to
it is us busting our cravings and that’s
what this does.
