Easy Keto Skillet Meal Prep — Making Skillet Meals EVEN Easier!

hey everybody Jodi Brown here and I just
wanted to come in quickly today to talk
about how I made or in making a one a
skillet meal even easier than they
already are
so obviously skillet meals are one of
the easiest choices that you can make
for a meal you can put everything in a
skillet saute cook it right up and it’s
done so they’re already pretty simple
but to make meal prep life at mealtime
even easier one just share what I did
this week too just to make this this
life super duper easy so what we were
having for dinner tonight is just a beef
and veggie skillet meal I mean like okay
that sounds simple enough like why would
you need to do anything to make it
simpler okay well I have three little
ones running around me every mealtime
so I need to make it like we’re it’s
super simple super quick fast and easy
so what did we do over the weekend I
already have my meat browned it already
has onions in it and a little bit of
garlic powder now you could add cloves
of garlic I did not have any so I just
used just sprinkled in some garlic
powder basically till it like smelled
and tasted right for the mixture this
was ready once it was brown bagged it up
it’s ready to go now tonight what I’m
going to do is put it in mine put
everything you must feel it hot it’s
gonna have to be a pretty big one
because of everything that’s going into
it but I’m going to put three
tablespoons of butter and then I’m going
to take my vegetables so this is just
squash and zucchini already diced and
cut up I’m just gonna take this I’m
gonna put it in the pot with the three
tablespoons of butter and I’m going to
saute it until the consistency the
texture gets the way you want it so
people are different about their
vegetables so cook it however long you
want but notice this was done over the
weekend y’all so I’m literally taking a
pot if I have kids running around me
it’s okay because I’m just putting stuff
in the skillet
letting it cook now once these are in
what’s the butters in once they’re going
also add a tablespoon of like garlic and
herb seasoning I don’t have a specific
or like an herb seasoning but I liked
the sound of that combo so I just took
Italian seasoning and I think I’ll put
in there garlic salt and just had like a
teaspoon of that total and sprinkled it
in the last time that I made this and it
was great it worked great so these are
in there they’re saying they’re ready to
go when they’re ready to go I’m just
gonna take this meat I’m gonna dump it
in with the tablespoon of butter that’s
the last tablespoon of butter and I’m
gonna put in whew if you can see this
Bragg’s Liquid I’m assuming you say this
like I mean us I could be wrong whatever
you see it you see what it is it is a
natural soy sauce alternative
practically with zero carbs so it’s less
than one gram of carbs and it takes a
fourth a cup of this then I’m just going
to saute it all up for about five
minutes till all the flavors are mixed
together and that’s it now that’s it
and then dinner dinner dinner is done
I’m gonna add some berries on the side
we might have some mashed cauliflower
done and yes I do get the store-bought
frozen mashed cauliflower because that
is easier and right now in my life that
is what I need so I just wanted to say
though y’all this was super easy to do
ahead of time but think about the time
it’s gonna save me when I have three
that are three and a half and younger
running around mean willing to eat
wanting to play wanting to talk wanting
to sing wanting to do everything at
mealtime because y’all know that’s just
what happens it’s done it’s not all I
gotta do is dump it in and cook it up
and we are ready to eat all right you
