EASY KETO MEATLOAF RECIPE | BBQ CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF | KETO FREEZER MEAL & MEAL PREP RECIPE

surprisingly one of my kids as favorite
dinners is meatloaf and it shocks me because I hated meatloaf as a kid but
now as an adult I love it it’s so hearty and filling so I have a meatloaf recipe
that I want to share with you guys today it is a barbecue cheeseburger meatloaf
and of course it’s keto approved let’s get started I love making meat loaves for my family
because they’re actually very easy to make you just mix up all the ingredients
put it in a loaf pan and bake it and meatloaf – is something that you can
actually make ahead of time so I can make up all the ingredients in the
morning and then when I get off work I can come home and just pop it in the
oven and bake it for about 45 minutes and this keto meatloaf is delicious it
combines flavors of barbecue sauce and cheeseburger to create a delicious
recipe that my kids just devour to make this recipe we’re gonna start by
sauteing some onion and garlic in a skillet we have one full onion that’s
diced up and six cloves of minced garlic in here you want to cook these until
they’re soft and then remove it from the heat then in a large bowl we’re gonna
combine all of our ingredients so you’re gonna need two pounds of ground beef a
quarter cup of keto approved barbecue sauce and there’s several different
options here you can actually make your own I have a recipe up on my website for
a tangy low carb key to approved barbecue sauce recipe it just takes like
five minutes to make and you probably already have the ingredients hanging
around in your home or if you don’t want to go the homemade route you could
actually buy some keto approved barbecue sauces either at your grocery store or
online I know there’s a couple different varieties primal kitchens makes one it’s
a barbecue sauce that’s keto approved as well as Lily’sQ they have a sugar
free Carolina barbecue sauce that’s absolutely delicious and you can get it
on Amazon I’ll have the information link down below on where you can purchase
both of these you’re also going to need two eggs two
cups of ground pork rinds 2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper one teaspoon
of smoked paprika 2 teaspoons of oregano 2 tablespoons of freshly minced parsley
1/2 a cup of nut milk I like to use macadamia nut milk because it’s a little
bit higher in fat content but compared to an almond nut milk but not quite as
high as if you were using heavy cream which you could still use heavy cream in
this recipe if you wanted to and then you’ll need 2 cups of cheese I like to
use Colby jack cheese but you can use straight cheddar cheese if you’d like
then we’re gonna add in that onion and garlic mixture and then stir everything
together you can use a spoon to go buying these or just get in there with
some clean bare hands like my mom used to do like I mentioned before if you were
prepping up this meatloaf ahead of time you can just add it to your loaf pan or
wrap it with some saran wrap and pop it in the refrigerator until you’re ready
to cook it if you’re gonna be baking it up now go ahead and pop it in a 350
degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes you can top this meatloaf with
additional cheese and barbecue sauce I hope you guys enjoyed this recipe
