hello guys,again welcome back to my channel
fatfreelife with dr.neelam.hi everybody im
dr.neelam and i have lost 25 kgs of weight
within just eight months with the right diet
and excercise regimen.im here to tell you how
to loose weight with the help of nutrition,so
todays recipe is low carb vegetable muffins.these
vegetable muffins are made up of sooji or
semonila this is my all time fav low carb
recipie for weightloss.
so you have to take everything in equal quantity
this is the sooji or the semonila im just
using the coarse particle not using fine particle
one here,beacuse the coarse one gives it a
very nice texture to the muffins and it gives it a
nice fluffiness to my muffins and among vegetables
spinach is my all time favourite best option
to use in my recipies and this is the coriender
it helps in weightloss and it reduces the
inflammation whatever inflammation is there
in your body and more dietary fibres you have
to use onions and carrots the grated ones one cup each
and green chillies.these are 4-6
chopped green chillies you have to use it
according to your taste these are the green
peas they are optional if u like if you want
to use you can easily use and if you dont
want to use its totally up to you .i generally
use capsicum at the place of peas and tomatoes
sometimes but today ….not using this is
the ginger and garlic ,they are the grated
ones. what we will do now we will just add
everything together.
it is better to use more vegetables beacuse
vegetables helps in weightloss .green leafy
vegetables beacuse that is the best thing
you can use to loose your weight or for weightloss
and these are the green chillies .i generally
prefer using more green chillies beacuse i
dont like using more of red chillies so its
totally up to you what you like.
now just add carrots and onion to this,ginger
and garlic grated ones.
now we will add coriender leaves to this prepration,now
these are the peas they are totally optional
beacuse i generally use capsicum at the place
of peas and if you like you can use peas also,you
can use tomatoes also,tomatoes and capsicum
the capsicum actually,it gives it a very crunchy
taste,so i ll just transfer everything into
a big tray,just to mix everything well.
now just add some water to this and you have
to add some curd alsoor you can even add g
ood amount of curd instead of water.it gives
it a very nice taste and it even helps in
th e fluffiness of the muffins,so im using
both water plus curd this is again nearly
on e cup of curd now this is 2nd cup of curd.just
add everything nicely and throughly then you
just have to add simple spices im just adding
salt and red chilli powder then,hing i ll
add bit more of water to make a nice consistency
for making muffins.
now just add everything nicely and the one
thing you can do that you can even add bit
of beetroot to this prepration to give it
a nice colour or more of fibre of more of
vitamin A so what im doing today im adding
only a spoon of grated beetroot to this prepration
to give it a very nice colour it will give
it a nice pinkish colour, you can add some
seasoning some chaat masala or raw mango powder
that is amchur and the just add everything
together….
this is my silicon baking tray foe making
muffins,its a muffin mould actually so what
i ll do …so the oil greasing is not requiredin
this but i ll use few drops of oil to grease
the tray in the cavity and i ll just grease
it.
now to make the instant muffins you have to
add some baking powder or baking soda to this
prepration so what im going to do ill just
add eno to this ,one satchet one eno is enough
for thhis now i will add this batter to all
the cavities of this mould and i ll keep it
for baking..so i have added batter to the
cavities of this mould asyou can have these
muffins in you breakfast lunch or dinner as
it is low carb.
just take them out of this tray so i ll just
flip the moulds tray they themselef will come
out as this silicon tray is very goodyou can
see all muffins are out so my recipe is ready
to eat ,
now just see the fluffiness of my muffins
…wow…it is so nice it is so spongy to
eat and full of vegetables,full of fibre…just
