DIY White Chocolate Starbucks Recipe – Protein Treats by Nutracelle

hey guys welcome to Protein Treats by
Nutracelle I’m Melanie Wildman and
today we are making a do-it-yourself
copycat iced white chocolate mocha from
Starbucks except we’re making ours
healthy with no sugar tons of protein
and fiber and it’s going to taste
amazing so I’m going to show you guys
exactly how easy this is let’s get
started okay to make this super yummy
white chocolate mocha all you’re going
to need is about a cup of ice you’re
going to need a cup of an unbeaten milk
so a coconut milk or an almond milk or
even a soy milk if you have that just
make sure it’s unsweetened and then
you’re going to need about a quarter cup
of a white chocolate syrup so I’m using
right here the DaVinci sugar-free white
chocolate syrup I know some of the other
ones you can find are like a tehrani
syrup just make sure that it’s
sugar-free and then you’re going to need
four scoops of our coffee mocha Nutralean
and why that’s so important is it’s
full of prebiotic fiber and that’s what
helps your gut flora improves so you
burn more fat naturally but it’s also
what makes you feel super full for hours
and hours and it makes the protein way
more bioavailable because it slows down
that digestion so your body is able to
absorb all of the protein instead of
just wasting it as excess calories so
we’re going to put this all together and
not only is it going to taste amazing
but it’s going to be so good for you I’m
going to show you how quick and easy
this is alright let’s start with our ice
going to go ahead and put that in my
blender and then I’m going to add my
milk here now I am using a unsweetened
coconut milk I just happen to really
like that flavor and also in our
household my little guy and my daughter
have nut allergy so we have to be really
careful we can’t use almond milk and
then right here this is just the syrup
this is the white chocolate syrup and
we’re putting in a quarter cup
then finally I’m going to add our Nutralean so I’m putting four scoops
and this is going to make two generous
servings so I’ve got two scoops okay
we’re going to get our lid on here and
we’ve got all four scoops in and we’re
ready to go okay look at this oh my
goodness this looks so good and of
course I love chocolate
any kind of chocolate amazing we’re just
going to go ahead and pour our creamy
decadent delicious mocha right in here
and I want mine to look a little bit
fancy so what I’m going to do is I made
up a little bit of whipped cream earlier
and all you do is use whipping cream whip
it up and add a little bit of your
sweetener of choice whether that’s
stevia or whatever you’re using add a
touch of vanilla and you’ve got whipped
cream and here we go I’m just going to
make my topping so that it looks just
like what you’re getting when you go to
Starbucks this looks so amazing and
what’s so great about it is not only are
you saving all of the sugar and you’re
getting a healthier alternative but
you’re getting one that’s actually going
to help you lose weight feel full for
hours and get a healthier gut so it
couldn’t get any better than that
I lied it can get better this is so
delicious you guys are going to love
this we have just saved 49 grams of
sugar you guys the one from Starbucks 49 grams of sugar 50 carbs we just saved
