it’s this is a pretty good case study for people who are looking for like different methods of dieting because basically what we have to do is get in the best shape possible so staying as muscular as possible while losing as much body fat as possible and he’s gonna use the ketogenic diet here oh Jenny guys here Jenny a lot of you have been asking me about it and I will not use a ketogenic diet so you will be able to see a difference if it actually makes a difference yeah as he says I’m gonna be using ketogenic diet and he’s just gonna be using the standard diet caloric deficit and basically whatever I feel like as I presented on this channel I’m a big advocate of just basically tracking your food and be able to just feel your food in your calories and macronutrients and I feel like that the lighting party is like it is extremely difficult it is easy to lose weight we’re in the beginning because you just your body’s happy to do it like once you reach a certain point is like your body tells you to stop doing this you are going to die idiot like say that you know so let’s just step forward we’ll show you our physique and then basically the next few months he’s gonna use ketogenic
