DESSERTS TO LOSE WEIGHT | Chocolate Almond Butter Bites | *FAT BURNING DESSERT*

because I’m going to be sharing with you
a dessert to lose weight
my chocolate almond butter bites. they’re
absolutely delicious I eat these almost
every day and it allows me to keep my
abs 365 days of the year without feeling
restricted now let’s get into the
recipe so in this recipe we’re going to
be using almond butter and two optional
ingredients are bone broth protein
I’m using the caramel flavor
variety this is the ancient nutrition
one tastes really good it is optional
but it’s going to just boost the protein
content a tablespoon of maca which is
going to give it a little bit of a malty
flavor but this is optional I’m going to
be using coconut flour and
erythritol maple flavored syrup
This is Lakanto brand it’s
sugar-free erythritol is a
sugar alcohol and some almond flour and
then we’re also going to be using some
chopped nuts I’m I’m using almonds but
you can use walnuts or what other nuts
that you like shredded coconut and then
also cacao paste I like to use cacao
paste as my number one choice because
cacao pace is really high in magnesium
and minerals it’s really healthy but if
you can’t get access to cacao paste then
you could use Lily’s chocolate chips and
Lily’s chocolate chips are going to be
sweetened with a rich rich whole and
stevia so that is another option if you
can’t get ahold of us alright so let’s
get started on making the recipe first
thing what we’re gonna do is we’re going
to put our cacao paste into a double
boiler so put a pot with maybe an inch
of water on the stove and allow it to
simmer
and put a heatproof glass bowl on top
and just allow the cacao paste to
completely melt now in the meantime
we’re going to mix all of our other
ingredients except for our coconut
flakes and and our chopped almonds into
a bowl
now we’re just going to mix it up until
it’s combined instead of using the
Lakanto
maple flavored syrup you could just use
regular maple syrup but that is going to
of course increase the sugar content by
a lot and it’s still a healthy treat but
if you’re trying to get lean and stay
lean it’s not something you want to eat
every day in my opinion I find that the
more that I stay away from sugar and
just make it a really occasional thing
it just helps me really to stay leaner
and I don’t mean never eat you know
those treat foods that you love with
sugar but just make it an occasional
thing you know and then you enjoy it
more as well
I mean eaten a tail now while I wait for
the chocolate to melt in the double
boiler what I’m gonna do is I’m going to
grab a mini muffin tin now I like these
silicone molds because it just makes it
really easy to remove them also I like
using these mini molds because it makes
it more of a snack size I originally was
making them in the full muffin cups and
I just just wonderful muffin cup it
becomes like a 350 calorie snack which
is fine as a snack but I just find this
is a better size it’s about maybe 150
calories so more snack size so I’m gonna
fill these little mini muffin cups about
half full
alright so I’m gonna fill these about
halfway full
alright now that I filled them halfway
I’m just going to press them down just
make the tops really even now that I’ve
pressed them all down and made them even
now what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna
sprinkle a little bit of chopped almonds
and chopped coconut into each little
muffin cup
you could use any kind of chopped or
nuts chopped nuts or seeds for this part
whatever you like it just adds some nice
texture and gives a little a little bit
of a crunch now we just want to pour the
chocolate into a vessel that’s a little
bit easier to pour the chocolate into
the muffin cups I don’t think this is
the perfect strategy if you have a
better one please let me know because I
feel like there is an improvement on
this one I think I’m still gonna make a
mess with this chocolate pouring it into
the cups now what we’re gonna do is
we’re just going to cover each of the
little cups with the chocolate and
actually you know what I’m going to add
a little bit of liquid stevia to the
chocolate just just sweeten it up a bit
it is quite bitter you don’t have to do
this because the almond butter mixture
is sweet from the erythritol flavored
syrup but I’m just gonna add some liquid
stevia just to sweeten it up a little
bit basically just you can just sweeten
it to taste you have to get this cacao
paste get working with it really quickly
because it really hardens as it cools
down as you can see it’s kind of
thickening up a bit
making it a little bit difficult for me
to distribute into the cups but not too
bad
alright now I’m just gonna smooth try
and smooth out the chocolates as best I
can
I’m gonna use a spatula for this all
right so I’ve kind of done my best here
to just even out the chocolate layer but
please let me know if you have a better
technique for this I would love to hear
about it if you’re a baker maybe you
have some baking secrets or tools that
are gonna help with kind of dealing with
this kind of thing anyways so next what
we’re gonna do is we’re just gonna put
these in the fridge and allow them to
set and then they’re ready fifteen
minutes later
alright so these have been in the fridge
for about 15 minutes it doesn’t take
them very long to harden right so let’s
see the finished product so this is
basically what they look like they’re
just easy yummy little chocolate almond
butter bites they’re absolutely
delicious and they’re just the perfect
little snack to have if you’re craving
something sweet or if you just want
something small I love to have these
with a like a turmeric latte or a coffee
or tea
