Day In The Life And Healthy Dinner Recipe | DIML

good morning everyone
I thought today I would do a day in the
life take you around with me what I did
I don’t know that yeah Lex is talking
not sure what
oh I said her name again oh well um for
some reason I did not sleep well last
night I toss and turn for most tonight
which hasn’t happened in a long time
so I’m a little extra tired I think I
may have had caffeine too late but I
stopped at 2:00 p.m. which is usually
fine so I don’t anyways either way I
need to make some coffee now so I’m
going to make my usual bulletproof which
is just coffee brain octane and a little
bit of cinnamon
so I made my coffee and now I’m going to
study for a few hours until basically
it’s good lighting for me to film if you
don’t know I’m studying for my licensing
exam so I have to study through that um
yeah we’re gonna go ahead and study got
the fuel so it’s a little bit later now
I’ve just been filming and I’m gonna
show you like my setup so this is how I
film the videos if the window is there
and then it comes here and we have these
Blondie’s which will be up by the time
this is up so check out the recipe
they’re so delicious and I put like a
swirl on the top I’ll leave the link for
it below so I’m going to clean up and
then make a little bit of like missing
breakfast slash lunch cuz it’s 11:00 you
guys know I like to fast and I’m gonna
do like a paleo bun with like egg
avocado and like a side salad with some
greens that I have to use up so this is
what I made it’s just a unbutton which
is like a paleo keto bun picado egg and
then some sprouts from the farmers
market with a little bit of olive oil
and salt and pepper so it’s really
simple and easy came together in like
five minutes so I want to show you guys
like the texture of the blondie come
having one post lunch because they’re so
good but you know this is what they look
like close up they’re super fudgy
delicious and they got a swirl on the
top so for dinner I’m going to make like
a shrimp taco Bowl I’ve been seeing
shrimp all over Instagram and I was like
huh kind of want some shrimp so I’m
gonna make like basically a burrito bowl
but with shrimp and kind of just
whatever I have on hand it’s like really
easy so I’m gonna show you guys
so this is how it turned out we have the
cauliflower rice atop to a little bit of
cilantro lime on the side I end up
sauteing a little bit of spinach to have
some greens and half of an avocado ready
to dig in
so I had an early dinner because I’m
going to SoulCycle it’s one of like my
favorite instructor ever is like last
chance or like last time I’ll be able to
take her class so I’m going to a 6:30
p.m. class which for me is like a very
much a struggle I’m definitely a morning
workout person maybe I could do an
afternoon but night like 6:30 it’s going
like I’m I’m done I’m tired but I want
to go cuz I really like her class and I
want to say goodbye and stuff before she
leaves so I’m gonna walk over there it’s
a nice day so I’m just gonna walk
instead of uber because I really like
walking when I can and let’s go a spin
so I’m just gonna edit for the rest of
the night I generally just do work on my
computer
and I do get a lot of questions about
these glasses they are blue light
glasses it’s very important to block
blue light two three hours before
bedtime from televisions and screens so
if you don’t have blue light glasses um
you can get some these are Baxter blue
and there’s only a couple of really good
brands Baxter blue is one that is a good
brand or you can do things like flux on
your computer it’s a free app if you
have an iPhone you can change your
settings to turn that into like true
tone which is like or like there’s a
night shift I think it’s called night
shift you there night shift for true –
and one of those – and you want to turn
that on because it interrupts with sleep
with hormones and can completely mess up
a bunch of different systems in your
body I’m actually gonna do like a whole
Instagram thing on it so stay tuned for
that but yet I a lot of questions on
these and these are the Baxter blue ones
I love them I notice a huge difference
when I wear them
also if you work somewhere at night I
used to put these on when I was in
clinic late at night so around like 7:00
p.m. I put them on cuz of the
fluorescent lighting so if you work some
right at night with fluorescent lighting
these are really helpful because you
can’t just change their lighting so yeah
so that’s what I’m gonna do the rest of
the night uh if you know if all my
Instagram you guys know I get up early
so I typically get up at around I got up
at 5:00 so I go to bed at around 9:30
and then like mad from 99 30 I like to
read a book
so yeah that’s like the plan for the
rest tonight so I hope you guys enjoyed

making that shrimp taco bowl again
because that was so good I need to get
some more shrimp this week um yeah I
just like my favorite recipe right now
so I wanted to share it with you guys I
