good morning guys I did not get enough
sleep last night so I am a little
miserable it’s one of these days when it
sucks to be a woman if any of you girls
have some great tips on how to naturally
prevent cramping please leave me
comments down below I promise you I
believe all of them well I’m not
planning on being miserable day it’s
finally sunny and it’s Friday but I do
need some little pick-me-up so I’m ready
to make myself a bullet proof coffee and
start my day so I get one cup of hot
water I have this organic coconut oil I
will use one teaspoon and unsalted
grass-fed Kerrygold butter and I will
put it in my blender and let it go
so that’s it that’s how you do it did
you guys see the beautiful latte like
home yeah it’s really creamy tasty and
it really keeps you a full for a pretty
good amount of time so that’s why I like
it and it’s about 12 o’clock but because
I wasn’t feeling good I’m gonna probably
eat lunch a little later after I’m done
with my car telling you lots of foam
it’s first one o’clock and I’m
officially starving so I’m gonna whip up
some lunch I got three eggs I’m gonna
cook them in a carrier Gold butter I’m
gonna have half of an avocado cup of
spring mix and I’m gonna top it with
some sheer outside to give it a little
kick nothing fancy just easy simple
let’s see if it’s gonna be pretty or not
yeah
and that’s it guys
yummy so yeah this is my healthy lunch
it’s roughly 430 calories and 35 grams
of fat score so it’s a lot of fat and
that will keep me full whole afternoon I
just love a real good scrambled I think
eggs were the only things I was really
missing while I was on a plant-based
diet so I’m like binging on them now so
I’m really happy it’s sunny finally
today because I have a whole pile of
laundry to do when we lived in the condo
before we bought this small
semi-automatic washing machine so it’s a
process to do the laundry things like
all afternoon
because you basically have to always
fill it up yourself and even when you
have to rinse it you have to stand there
you get a it really takes a it takes a
while but you know let me tell you I
would not trade it for anything
like there is nothing better and when
you can hang your fresh clothes outside
and let it dry naturally in the Sun it’s
just it’s the top like it feels and
smells just bare so definitely no more
laundry mat for this girl
okay so Rob made me this little little
stool which I have to take and put it in
the shower just like that and this is
the washing machine
it’s pretty soon sighs that’s a washer
and there is a little spinner and it has
to be in a shower and it drains the
water right down the sink and to a super
shower hit there and fill it up with
water
look guys how beautiful is today playing
outside dipped a little off the laundry

I’m gonna show you something funny and
so he gave hilarious so you guys want to
see something else really funny huh wait
for it okay see she is seriously I think
I’m gonna make some snack in a little
bit and I’m gonna marinate some chicken
for dinner because I think we’re gonna
grill tonight okay guys so I made a
little snack for myself I wasn’t really
hungry so I just chopped up some
cucumber and I used 1 and 1/2 tbsp of
sour cream and I like to use this ranch
dressing dip and mix thing which makes
the sour cream taste like special it’s
not that blend and I like this cucumber
now because it’s like really hot outside
so it’s very refreshing tasty not that
heavy and I’m gonna marinate the chicken
for you know it’s about 4 o’clock so I
will give it about 3 hours to marinate
which is pretty good so I’m gonna use
400 grams of chicken breast I cube them
I’m gonna use extra virgin olive oil
then I get spicy brown mustard and this
original buffalo wing sauce well it says
it is zero carbohydrates and
that’s good and then I’m gonna use soy
sauce low sodium I also wanted to use
this barbecue sauce but then I read that
it has what 18 grams of carbs and 15
grams of sugar um that ain’t gonna fly
so I’m just gonna put it in some tough
Amer all the sauces and shake my white
blouse gonna be pretty well I’m gonna
marinate it for about three hours and
the frame and I think it’s gonna be very
yummy okay so I’m gonna prepare the
screws I have some zucchini some bell
peppers some onion and the meat so I’m
gonna chop it up and put it on these
sticks
it’s your macros right

enjoy the dinner it turned out really
good and yummy I just wanted to tell you
