that they’re saying that
you should be taking.
And, again, I spent
$20 on just not even

for the keto diet.
Now, we all know you
have to get into ketosis
to actually make the diet work.
There’s only one person
that I know right now–
he’s a gentleman that I know–
that has actually been able
to stay on the ketosis–
keto diet– for a
longevity period of time.
99.9% of everyone
that I talked to and
everyone that’s tried
the keto diet, including
me and my wife–
and, by the way,
I’m 46 years old.
And if you’re like me, and
you’re over the age of 40,
you need to really listen up
because that’s who I really

But here’s the thing.
If you’re over 40, your hormones
are the number one thing
that you should be
paying attention
to when it comes to

There’s going to be people that
are not going to agree with me.
That’s OK.

more frustrated at the fact that

Here’s the thing.
My 20+ years experience–
the one thing that you know
and the one thing that I know
is that your diet and what
you put into your piehole
is the most important
thing in the world.
You cannot have vegetables
hardly at all on a keto diet.
Now, do you think you’re
going to live like that
for the rest of your life?
No.
The answer’s no.
You cannot.
Your body needs greens.
Your body needs vegetables.
It needs the sources of fi–
It needs all these things
you can’t get on a keto diet.
You can’t just eat lard
and a little bit of protein
and think you’re going
to get by forever.
And you’re going to have to
go cut back to carbohydrates.
And then what happens?
Right here, right?
It comes back.
And it comes back
with a vengeance.
That’s the truth.
The truth hurts sometimes,
but that’s the truth.
Fad dieting is
getting us nowhere.
