good morning y’all so I’m gonna start
meditating today is a beautiful just a
beautiful day just feels great just to
be alive and I’m gonna come back and
talk to y’all once I get in the car
because our neighbor cuts our grass and
he just went away for a second and like
you know there’s no point of me talking
y’all with him couldn’t grass but you
won’t be able to hear me so um yeah I
don’t know what I’m saying goodbye okay
hey guys wow what’s going on
my brave underneath my cap y’all makes
my hair look like it’s so weird looking
I promise you it’s somewhat normal
but in whoo y’all so today is Monday
which is therefore cardio day I’m about
to go to Dollar General to get a water
bottle because I apparently have a thing
for a miss place in my water bottles
y’all like I could never like keep a
little okay y’all so we’re here Dollar
General I don’t know which one I’m gonna
get because this one says I’m an
undercover unicorn which i think is
really cute but this one has like the
little thing at the top you know where
you just check it like it’s really easy
and this one doesn’t like you have to
flip it up but I really do like the
little what is it like a little
mouthpiece I don’t know what I’m talking
about
y’all get I’m saying I don’t know
they’re both five dollars I could get
both I could just not be dramatic I’m
just gonna go with the pink one but I
really want this one cuz I feel like I’m
a unicorn gosh darnit
alright you two found got our dream yes
and now we’ve got to head to the gym and
do some cardio 45 minutes the goal is to
burn 300 calories I have to say this
y’all have to say this out loud to y’all
because it will hold me accountable
that’s really what I aim for when I’m on
the elliptical machine but a lot of
times I’m not hitting it so I need to
start saying that now to push myself
basically
so we are doing 45 minutes on the
elliptical machine we got this not gonna
be dramatic and a drama queen about it
nope nope nope but of course you know we
gotta do some stretching first so let’s
go ahead it’s our stretch
alright now so just got doing just five
minutes on the Stairmaster because I
wanna start putting that into my
workouts every once in a while cuz I’m
bout to die already
all right yeah so I’m just finishing up
with just a little bit of my cool down
I’ve learned so far 312 calories and I
can’t tell me
today’s workout was a killer oh goodness
oh my gosh so I’m about to go into
Walmart right now y’all cuz I plan on
making like a dairy-free tuna salad yeah
I called my mom and I was like would you
like for me to make you tuna salad
she was like yeah thank you really y’all
just listen I really wasn’t just making
it for her I just tried to make it seem
like I being nice but really was for me
but I get cool boys with my mother so
there’s that okay y’all so first things
first I’m getting some avocados because
since I’m not using Mayo I’m gonna get
some avocados I have mustard already at
the house I’m not worried about that I
think I’m gonna get it for ya avocados
and they’re a dollar eight cents
whatever okay so now about to get one
onion y’all I don’t like a whole lot of
onions in my tuna salad probably I’m
gonna cut up the whole oh yeah at all
because it’s a tuna salad not an onion
salad you know okay but that was kind of
lame fun fact about me y’all I really
don’t like celery I was traumatized as
chow with celery I don’t tell you how
about the story one day but so I’m not
gonna use celery but I am going to get
some relish make sure you’re not to get
this sweet relish if you do just be
careful because with one tablespoon he
has 3 grams of sugar in it and 3 grams
of carbs so yeah that’s why just stick
to the regular relish alright y’all so
I’m about to get some walnuts I don’t
normally put wild notes at all in my um
tuna salad but I just wanted to switch
it up and just try and see what they got
oh my gosh I got some sugar free
chocolate chip cookies over here mm-hmm
this is not what we don’t want okay whoa
no it’s focus okay so let’s do some
walnut okay y’all so I already have
lemon juice at the house from correct we
have all the seasonings one can imagine
at the house so ah yeah I think I’m good
yeah we have the eggs at the house as
well
a lot of eggs so um yeah think that’s it
home it makes move because I’m hungry
tell you I won’t believe this I went to
check out pay for everything and I was
like I’m missing something the main
ingredient I forgot the tuna alright
y’all so fun fact it’s really
embarrassing I cannot use a can opener
for anything like I really okay so I
have to get ones that already have the
little lid on it
yeah that’s so cute alright y’all so we
got everything about to go to checkout I
can yeah yeah I really do cannot use a
can opener to save my life so like yeah
let’s go back into the line I just said
that okay
alright y’all so I’m eating so late
actually today because I went ahead and
worked on the little avocado and tuna
salad

and then I was working on the video then
I was cooking lunch as well so I mean
I’m so late
y’all won’t believe how late it is for
me to be eaten it’s 4:20 – yes p.m. and
I have Zumba at 5:30 so I have two
chicken wings but I actually cook three
I’m just probably I’m not gonna eat all
this I already know I’m not gonna eat
all this before Zumba class y’all so I
have two chicken wings with hot sauce on
it
one bacon and I have a mixture of okra
and broccoli and of course I’m drinking
water and I’m about to enjoy the little
bit of time I have left before I need to
get ready for Zumba which is basically
now but I also I’m about to leave and go
to Zumba class yeah I don’t know if no
one’s gonna dance today or not she may
come and dance if she does y’all I will
not record her because y’all okay like I
have a little bit of rhythm my mama has
no rhythm and I can say this y’all could
I know she’s gonna watch this she’s
gonna find it funny cuz she knows she
does know rhythm I guess I got my rhythm
from like my dad’s side of the family I
don’t know y’all or eat it it’s from my
mom’s side and it just skipped her cuz I
don’t know what happened I do believe
tomorrow I’m gonna have to get my tire
looked at because the front tire on the
right side I just put air in it and it’s
it I like I like put it to like what 37
and it’s at 21 now so clearly something
is wrong and I should go get it looked
at and pleasantly get an oil change I’m
Way past my oil change so yeah I’ve been
procrastinating y’all but in whoo y’all
let’s go to Zumba
alright y’all so we just got done doing
Zumba still very proud of my mother she
worked really hard at work today and
then she came and worked out you Zumba
and I currently look like I have peed on
myself mother isn’t that just cute
Easter day hey YouTube family so we just
got had a soom but let the people see
you yes
Oh wonderful time in Zulu they worked me
so very hard yeah I did just touch her
Harriet nor any other time soup like
pack up don’t be touching my hair but
since she know their own records you
want to be echoing she’s got nice and
stuff for y’all but um yeah I’m about to
take my mother to her car because she
parks all the way to Timbuktu so nobody
will hit her car yes she does that what
I mean I understand whatever but my
ticket to a car and yeah
that’s it I’m so tired yeah they killed
me in Zumba today do you want to say
anything else bothers you know I take
pride in the things that I have and yes
I wanted one to stretch up my car
because I’m planning on this car to
check me for you can never be old okay
so I have this avocado tuna salad yeah
this is actually bone I could have like
waited and got some avocados that were
softer that way I could push it up more
but y’all I’ll try that next time but
right now this is good and I have some
blackberries and some strawberries and
yeah this one having for dinner and Yas
I don’t feel like cooking cuz I’m to
kill me and yeah oh I do have that one
piece of chicken wing let us that I can
eat mmm yep okay I am going to link a
little recipe I followed though y’all I
did like tweak some things in it but
like the main gist of everything is from
that recipe and yeah y’all I’ve never
ever ever considered putting walnuts in
my tuna salad and y’all this is really
good right Who am I
I don’t know I’m proud and I’m taking a
lot of water cuz I need it in my life
water is great water is fun drink your water
