Cucumber Chips Baked | Cucumber Recipes For Weight Loss

we’re back in the kitchen again and I’m
going to show you another one of my
cucumber recipes for weight loss that’s
simply awesome we’re going to be making
cucumber chips and it sounds really
weird but they taste really great and
they’re super low in calories and carbs

today I have my spiral Iser with me my
hubby bought it for me at Christmastime
and it is super awesome
you don’t need a spiralizer to do this
recipe you can simply just use a knife
to chop the cucumber up but I’m going to
do it because I like using it okay so
we’re just going to use one cucumber all
we’re going to do I’m going to cut it up
so that I could put it in a spiralizer
if you don’t have one I’m going to put
the link below because it’s really cool
you can make noodles out of it out of
pretty much any veggie you want and kind
of nice for something new I’m going to
use the ribbon cut blade so I don’t
really need this and I’m just going to
slice it now you can see it turns into
these little cucumber slices which is
awesome on the eyes you can use that but
they make them into small little chips
so I’m just going to go and continue to
do the whole thing they’re flying off
they’re flying off the castle I should
use the bowl and it’s really not going
to take too long at all to make this but
you can see how much it’s making already
and that’s just half a cucumber just be
careful when you get down there’s other
ways to do it but it’s just the easiest
way for me now if you are cutting it by
a knife just do it 1/8 of an inch it can
be a little thicker it’ll still work I
just figure hey use this why not it’s
quick and they look like little baby
dill pickles
I really should have used the bull but
that’s okay I wanted it to look pretty
all right so look how much that is just
in one cucumber and then what we’re
going to do is we’re going to just take
a paper towel you can use a clean towel
as well and we’re just going to blot the
cucumber just to get a little bit that
excess water and pop it in the bowl now
I mean it doesn’t have to be perfect but
just blot it and we’re going to pop it
in the ball if you want to check out my

can do it in the card above I’m going to
do two flavorings so I just put half of
the cucumber in the bowl and then I’m
going to take sea salt you guys know I
like sea salt and sprinkle just a touch
in it and then I am going to grab my
garlic powder and I’m going to sprinkle
some garlic powder in it as well now
kids love this and husbands do and
everybody does really it sounds so weird
but it’s a great way for everybody to
get their veggies in and it’s 45
calories for one cucumber which is only
11 grams of carbs so it’s a great
nighttime snack or just something that
you need to crunch on especially those
chip lovers out there and I you just mix
it the next batch I’ll do I’m going to
put lemon pepper on there but then what
you do is you take parchment paper and
put it on a pan and you’re going to keep
the oven to 170 degrees and it’s going
to be cooking for quite some time three
to four hours you just got to watch it
but it’ll get crispy so then what I’m
going to do is I’m just going to lay
these on here flat like chips
you
I’m going to pop that in the oven then
I’m going to take my next cucumbers and
I’m going to use lemon pepper on them I
use the f-secure lemon pepper I love it
because it is gluten free and there’s no
sodium to it so super nice a lot of
spices you got to be careful they do
have that gluten in it it’s unnecessary
and they also have added sugar or added
sodium this is just spices no sodium
awesome choice lots of flavor and just
sprinkle it on you can get creative you
can do some dill some people will put
apple cider vinegar on it they’ll mix
different things I bet popcorn spices
might taste really good but again get
more of a quality flavored popcorn fight
so I’m just going to put the lemon
pepper in there and then I’m going to
arrange it on my next sheet and they
taste the popping in your mouth while
you’re doing it and pop the other one in
the others then we’re going to set the
timer to 3 hours to check and might go
to 4 but but do check on them depends on
how thick you make them and that’s it
