You take 6 chicken breasts, frozen
they can be thawed if you want
then you take 12 ounces of frank’s red-hot
this is one of the best hot sauce’s cause it has zero carbs
and you take 3 tablespoons of butter
and you take half of a container of ranch dip
and you’re set, put it on for for six hours
once you have all the ingredients together, go ahead turn on your crockpot
set it for low for six hours
after six hours, your chicken should look like this. What you want to do is
start breaking it up
you’re going to make it like pulled chicken
pull it all apart
well there you have it! After you break up the meat
let sit for 20-30 minutes on low
low for the remaining liquid to be absorbed.
