hi I’m back with another video hi guys
so I just got back from Costco with
teddy
always a good time hanging out with him
and his girl I picked up a good amount
of items and a couple of new things that
I’m super excited to try so let’s go
ahead and get started first it’s these
nut bars this is honestly more so for my
sister but it’s really good on macros
for me it has almonds cashews and
walnuts and the macros total carbs is 14
grams but 7 is dietary fiber so 7 grams
per bar which is not bad especially if
you’re not someone that likes to cook
desserts this will be a great speech
week for you can’t go to Costco without
some Kerrygold butter it’s like my
oxygen at this point I always like to
get a fresh bag of vegetables when I go
to Costco so green beans are looking
really good and the price weren’t that
bad
next the infamous waka Mali this is the
hundred calorie cups they’re organic and
I don’t know how many are in here a good
amount 20 mini so I usually grab this
eat it with a taco salad grab it with
some eggs in the morning so avocado is
my BFF because avocado is sometimes go
back but with the guacamole it’s perfect
because they say good for a lot longer
and apportioned out correctly
next I just picked up some organic
cucumbers my sister actually grabbed
these because she wanted some Tomatoes
and we don’t really eat that much salads
here but cucumbers and tomatoes together
with some dressing it’s like perfectly
some like mozzarella cheese or anything
speaking up we picked up some Tomatoes
as well these are so cute – they’re
organic – hey my sister picked these up
so good job Chelsea next I am going to
make some cauliflower iron right that’s
enough stuff is called flour fried rice
I think I use half the bag for Cosmo
fried rice and maybe the other half or
like mashed potatoes or something like
that I haven’t cited but this is Cosmo
size rice and normally a bag of
cauliflower goes bad really fast so I’m
jumping I have to probably cook this
this week in order for it to stay fresh
speaking of the reason why I thought of
cauliflower fried rice because they had
a sample there which was so good it is
the braised beef short ribs with sesame
barbecue sauce
you guys this right here is amazing and
the macros are pretty good – let me just
show you so for a serving of just to
meet without the sauce it’s only one
gram of carbs and then when you add the
sauce it’s an extra seven gram so even
total one serving of this it’s only
eight grams of carbs now obviously you
do not have to have the thoughts but in
all honesty I probably will because I’ll
just a lot for it but this with my Cosmo
fried rice that’s gonna be a great meal
prep for us I’m gonna cook it for me and
my sister and she’s probably just gonna
have regular rice with it
that’s oh my gosh I’ve seen them
everywhere on Instagram
Teddy actually saw this first it’s the
birch bender paleo pancakes I’ve seen so
many people talk about this and post
about it
and I just decided to go ahead and get
the Costco size because me and my sister
loved pancakes and my sister always
brings McDonald’s pancakes
did you guys seen my McDonald’s video
like way back before I started keto I
love pancakes so I do want a void for
pancakes
and the macros for this is pretty good
the total grams is 16 grams but five of
them are dietary fiber so I probably
would have a pancake or two with some
bacon I just have some organic
raspberries now I don’t really
traditionally hit raspberries often but
this was a really good price and I made
some cheesecake but I really feel could
use some fresh fruit so I think I might
either put top these with it or make a
sauce out of it I don’t know oh it’s
dripping you can’t go to Costco without
getting eggs like I go through eggs
especially since I do love baking a lot
more I’ve been recently obsessed with
baking so eggs have been a staple in the
house and they go pretty fast next I’m
super excited to try this this is the
organic edamame spaghetti yeah you heard
that spaghetti

the macros on this is pretty good some
people don’t agree with having soy on
the ketogenic diet me personally out
something wrong with it
the total carbs for this is 21 grams of
carbs but 12 of them is dietary fiber so
that’s pretty good in my book so 9 grams
of carbs per serving a bit obviously you
can do half a serving and then
supplement it with like some broccoli
slaw or with noodles but I definitely
wanted to check this out and what’s
super cheap so if it’s good it might be
a staple of mine I’ll let you guys know
most likely on Instagram if I do a what
a night day and I just don’t happen to
eat this you’ll see it but if you guys
want to check out anything that I have
in here I’ll try to put links and down
below of where to get this I found this
at Costco but it’s probably everywhere
I’m just now getting hip to it I feel
like the last time I went to the
hospital I show you guys bacon but I got
bacon again bacon is perfect whenever
you go to Costco because this one
actually comes with four so I’m going to
put you in the fridge and put you in the
freezer I picked up some hot links these
are the Louisiana brand hot link sausage
from ever good fine food I’ve gotten
these once before and they’re amazing I
usually put one in the fridge and put
the other two in the freezer so I have
them always on hand both me and my
sister loved eating these and they go
pretty fast in our house I also forgot
to show that I picked up some organic
ground beef and last but not least I
have some chicken tortilla soup right
now this is actually I am NOT going to
be meal prepping to too much I’m all
gonna do like one milk prep meal and
then I wanted something to supplement so
this was actually the best carb wise
from all the suits that they had I tried
to make some of the other ones work the
total grams of carb is 12 the three of
them are dietary fiber so I figured
would be great when I mean something
really really quick and I just want to
warm something up and maybe have it with
one of my almond flour biscuits but yeah
that is all for this crossbow ha we got
some other non keto stuff for my sister
but I figured I wouldn’t show that here
