COSTCO KETO GROCERY HAUL – EASY KETO SHOPPING

guys I’m doing a grocery haul on Costco
um ketogenic style but I’m not really
doing a ketogenic diet it’s just
basically why I bought was Marc eugenic
base um so let’s get into the stuff
today but first of all the non ketogenic
ingredients which is for some damn good
dessert this chocolate mousse things
chocolate fudgy chocolate fudge lava
cake if you haven’t tried it from Costco
definitely spend the ten bucks and get
this because honestly it’s probably the
best I’ve ever had a really good stuff
try it out guys and ladies so first off
I got a giant bag Walla Walla onions it
was uh just because I cook a lot of food
and onions are a must-have I got the
sweet ones because I don’t like to get
my mouth burnt by the bitter bitter
yellow yellow onions and all that so I’m
broccoli because when you’re doing the
PETA genic thing you do run a cleanse
out your system and old and apparently
four guys broccoli those cruciferous
vegetables it actually helps a lot with
the testosterone it helps to it helps
with the whole anti estrogen thing and
all that so highly recommended giant
keister broccoli so I bought this
broccoli and generally I hate broccoli
the only way I’m gonna have this
palatable for me is if I don’t get thing
in some cheese so I brought a lot with
sharp white cheddar cheese from
Tillamook I don’t even know what kind
okay it sounds like a native or Indian
brand but I want to eat my property with
some cheese I’m also gonna cook my
broccoli with some grass fed butter if
you guys ever heard of this guy called
Dave Asprey or the guy who’s made the
whole bulletproof coffee he actually
recommends using grass-fed grass-fed
butter for cooking and place of olive
oil and all that and it’s a crazy crazy
article about how healthy grass-fed
butter is and just like that type of fat
how it helps your body to produce more
brain cells on a mitochondria and all
the other stuff I’m definitely not gonna
get into it cuz I’m not a scientist and
I’d probably not that educated in the
whole thing anyway but anyways next item
is asparagus so that I could make my pee
smell really stink
um also it’s just good for the body and
because I hate broccoli I’m definitely
gonna like cycle the greens that I eat
every day for this next week
where one day I eat broccoli then the
next day it probably leaves just
asparagus then the next day I’ll
probably
just brussel sprouts again guys I’m all
these greens they brought me the
Brussels sprout and asparagus I’m gonna
definitely cook that with the grass-fed
butter and probably donkey to some
cheese because again
it’s the only way I’m gonna be able to a
palatable that thing or pallets or
consume that thing or like I don’t even
know brain fart
anyways now the next stuff that I got is
complete nonsense but I got this just
because I was hungry and never shop
hungry I got this hatch chili pepper
jack on her bacon dip I’m probably gonna
dip my broccoli up in that piece I’ll
probably do a video on what I think
about how this tastes let me know if you
guys want to see that they’ll be fun
right I guess but the rest of the stuff
that I got was a lot of steak huge sell
on this right now
it’s Morton’s Morton’s uh Bahama
Morton’s of Omaha Steakhouse classic
tri-tip I tried this last week and
mothertrucker
is damn good let me tell you and there’s
a special right now it’s only like 569 a
pound but for each pack that I buy you
give four bucks off so I bought one two
three four five six bags so six times 26
times four is 24
I got 24 bucks – from all that steak
that’s a lot of sleep guys okay a lot of
steep mountain each one each bag that I
got was around 2.5 ounces so my clown
five-pound my phone I got 15 pounds of
meat here yeah honestly that steaks
probably gonna ask me like two or three
weeks because I eat a lot of steak late
I eat a lot of steak lately my diet this
past few days because I’m trying to do
the whole ketogenic thing or just
cleanse my body from carbs I’m doing
just like one big meal in the in the
afternoon where it’s it’s just a lot of
meats healthy fats and cruciferous
greens and then at night I just repeat I
just do two meals a day guys I’m just
kind of experimenting for this week to
see how my body reacts to eating high
high fibrous foods and high fat rich in
omega threes this past month guys I’ve
been gaining weight because I’ve been
eating a lot of pasta and a lot of cream
at work so I’ve been eating a lot of
terrible food at work and because it’s
so busy at work that the food was like
my escape from the busyness anyways guys
definitely gain some weight definitely
gonna try to lose some weight with this
whole cleansing from carbs and processed
carbs and all that anyways thank you
