ran out of time to do my hair and I need

so I wanted to do something cookie
butter flavor
I thought cookies I was like no I
thought bars and I was like no but then
I thought keto fat bombs and I was like oh
why yes not my last fat bone recipe I’m
a toss that in the car I did that with
my buddy live from eat food Kido yes
that was her red velvet attack bomb that
was quite good not to mention she does
have a book coming out soon and I’m
gonna get with her and do a recipe out
of the book for you guys and some more
things coming a little bit less but I
will talk about that in the future
now before I could even start this I had
to get cookie butter for what it was I
never tasted it so I had to taste it so
I hit trend shows and you know what I
get the height this stuff is something
else like I only tasted a little but I
want to down like the whole jar I even
started making up excuses for myself I
was like its glass like I gotta support
that because you know more companies
need to do glass jars so if I buy this I
need to eat it because it’s bpa-free you
know I’m saying or maybe if I eat more
of it you know I can really really know
how it tastes for when I replicated
excuses now the first thing I knew it
was gonna be impossible to get something
but so close because
it’s like super sweet I cannot replicate
a sweetness that strong this it’s not
gonna happen there’s a ginger snap
ginger cookie kind of feel and it’s not
just regular sugar like it’s hanging at
brown sugar like a molasses car taste I
think that’s in the rest I think that’s
in the jar it’s not in it

first thing was the Battle of these
brown sugars like we got trivia

brown sugar but it doesn’t have brown
sugar and consistency and any real Baker

sugar is because of how it bakes not
just how it tastes itself but it bakes

tell when even a cookie with the brown
sugar and regular sugar they taste
differently no bull excuse me that
tastes where they look differently
because they bake differently in the

brown sugar tends to give you more of a
chewy texture because what is that

moisture reacts differently in the oven

and I have some molasses in it but it’s
definitely a brown sugar substitute like
you can’t beat if you you know is this
it does everything brown sugar does and
it tastes like not a sicker and go home

this is erythritol so the only thing
about this is it does have a similar
texture to brown sugar so it does have
that moisture in it which which you’ll
be able to tell a difference when you’re
baking it but it’s nothing but a renter
tall so the only thing about this is you
get that minty aftertaste that cooling
effect of retro table rings now the
best-tasting one or the best version of
brown sugar is gonna be the worst one
for you but saccharine goal is
definitely a close number two I gotta
give it to it and for this recipe you

butters I went with the no sugar and
it’s Sun and butter not only is it my
favorite butter place it has the mildest
taste the thing about the cookie butter
is there’s no peanut butter in there
there’s no butter in it it’s cookies
like and they maxed him up and they
butter it up like but anyway when you’re
doing with almond butter it has a
stronger taste when you do it with
peanut butter peanut butter definitely
has a strong taste but it’s some butter
tends to have a milder taste I even try
to pecan and water but the some butter
just worth the best what some butter the
spices come through and the butter taste
helps come to an awesome by all means
you’re afraid to use a butter of your
choice but results will vary and don’t
go to Whole Foods and get your some
butter oh my god it’s like ten dollars
in there I went to sprout and it was
only like six but that’s alright alright
so start making this in a sauce pan we
add ghee butter brown sugar alternative
Sirkin goal as I mix it before then your
gingerbread spices which are ginger
nutmeg and ground cloves melt that down
and stir it up then you add your nut
butter now pull off the heat but make
sure it’s combined well the thing is the
nut butter will start to stick and burn
at the bottom so like it’s best to just
remove it and mix it around and then
like immediately I just transfer it to
something else I put it in like a little
small bowl now I use silicone molds add
in one tablespoon to each which gave me
a total of 11 and I stuck them in the
freezer now you can stick them in the
refrigerator too but they come out a bit
harder in the freezer I personally like
them either freezer versus the
refrigerator I don’t know it just tastes
it better I guess you know but of course
if you leave them out they will get soft
and start to melt again like butter does
you know boy I tell you I kept them I
had to put these back in the freezer so
many times because it was just so hot in
here
cuz I forgot to turn the AC on and they
kept melting but anyway that’s a
tablespoon like that’s a decent little
size the only bad thing is they’re so
small they’re easier just like gobble
down and keep eat it now in all honesty
the gingerbread flavor like the spice
flavor is dead on
hit the nail on the head with that yes
the spice flavors head-on but it’s not
as sweet like you can tell like it’s a
cookie butter alternative because it’s
not as sweet and the butter I don’t know
the butter doesn’t seem to stand out
like I thought hmm yeah but it doesn’t
seem to stand out like I thought it
would but overall it is fantastic like
it’s really good and they got like I
don’t know what didn’t break down when I
was melted it but there’s something
crunchy in there I like that that I
don’t know what’s crunchy I don’t know
if it’s one of the spices or maybe the
the brown sugar didn’t melt down
properly but something it’s crunchy in
