Hey YouTube Family so I’m about to take
y’all along with me into Walmart to get
just a couple of ingredients for our
keto fat bomb recipe video oh my gosh y’all
I’m like way too excited for this video
yeah I’ve been asking and I said okay
I’m gonna get this video out this week
so let me go ahead and go into Walmart
and stop talking because you know your
girl can do that for days
so the first
thing I’m gonna get is the Smuckers
natural creamy peanut butter because I
like creamy opposed to chunky so yeah
and as you can see for this peanut
butter is really important to make sure
it doesn’t have like any sugar in it so
with this one it has peanuts and just
just a little bit of salt that’s it so
the next thing is gonna get is just some
refill of the Himalayan pink salt which
I love ever so much okay and y’all I
do have a few ingredients at home I’m
just getting just a couple of stuff here
at Walmart now I’m about to just get
some coconut oil because your girl has
been out of coconut oil lately and all
I’ve been able to cook with is extra
virgin olive oil and I love me some
coconut oil now about to just get this
small pack of the natural sliced almonds
and a few of my keto fat bombs I’m
gonna put almonds in it and then the
other ones I may use the unsweetened
coconut flakes in it so you guys I think
once again alright let’s try this again
I think that’s going to be it that’s all
I need to get here at the store so let’s
go ahead and head home
alright you guys, so we are finally here at home so here
are the ingredients so we have some pink
Himalayan sea salt
we have ground cinnamon we have the
natural unsweetened 100% cacao then we
have the smucker’s natural creamy peanut
butter that we just got it Walmart and
then we also have some organic virgin
coconut oil we also will be using the
pyure organic stevia and I tried my best
to put everything in the description box
as well for y’all and then for the
optional ingredients like it’s okay if
you don’t have these I have my natural
sliced almonds that I just got at
Walmart then I have my pure vanilla
extract and also have my unsweetened
coconut flakes the first thing that I’m
doing is 1 cup of my extra virgin
coconut oil okay quick voiceover you
also if you want your keto fat bomb to
be sweet only put two tablespoons of
the coconut oil in there that’s all I
want to tell y’all um yeah let’s go
ahead and get back into the video now
I’m adding in a little less than one
teaspoon of the pink Himalayan sea salt
but y’all see that
okay yay now it’s a little less than 1
teaspoon again of the ground cinnamon
because the plan is to put a little bit
of cinnamon on top of our keto fat bombs
as well now I’m going to put 1
tablespoon of the natural unsweetened
100% cacao yes
hashtag deliciousness now we’re about to
put in just a little dab of the pure
vanilla extract don’t get crazy with it
don’t get crazy with it I’m talking to
myself Oh got a little crazy but not too
crazy ok definitely have not put in the
peanut butter yet I will put that
later on but right now I’m just gonna
mix this up I don’t have like a certain
life time of what I put stuff in y’all
just be mixing stuff up just have fun
with it well you guys I don’t know
what’s wrong with me but I almost forgot
the start of this show I have the pure
organic stevia we are going to use one
tablespoon of this like how did I forget
that I don’t know as you can see like I
said one tablespoon of the Pyure Organic
Stevia going in whoa now that everything
is stirred up you can either put it in
the microwave or just put it in the
skillet
um I think today I’m just gonna put it
in the skillet yeah okay okay you guys
so now that I have all my ingredients in
the skillet I’m going to put about maybe
two tablespoons of these Smuckers
natural peanut butter in there with it
so I’m about to put my Kido fat bombs
into this little ice tray or whatever
and yeah this will be fun okay y’all so
I now have my Kido fat bombs in the
little ice trays and now I’m about to
put some almonds and the unsweetened
coconut flakes in just a couple level so
this time I decided to change it up I
have almonds and the unsweetened coconut
flakes and all of them um this is about
like eleven and a half really cuz you
see the small and like I don’t know
that’s funny
but yeah I’m about to put this into the
freezer now alright you guys so just
took out my Kido fat bones out of the
freezer I’ve honestly been playing
around with the recipe because I just
want to keep playing around with it who
knows I may come up with another updated keto fat bomb recipe video.
Alright you guys, so let’s see what this keto fat bomb
tastes like hopefully it’s good
okay y’all so that was good but honestly
I feel like the previous keto fat bombs
I’ve made are better than this one and
maybe because I put like a lot of
coconut oil this time in it this time
around I just really wanted to try to
get a fat bond ahead like you know a
good amount of fat in it so yeah who
knows like I mean typically what I would
do was typically just put like maybe two
tablespoons of coconut oil in it so yeah
so if you want your keto fat bombs to be
a little bit sweeter don’t put as much
coconut oil and if you just don’t want
that much sweetness because I’ll say
like sometimes like before it would be
hard for me just to have a few of them
or just one basically because it’ll be
so sweet so I feel like maybe find that
balance and I feel like you’ll be good
after that just like I told y’all in my
