Chicken Tikka Boti Low Carb Recipe| Without Oven | with English subtitle
Hello guys, today i am going to share a low Carb recipe of chicken tikka boti.
I am going to cook this recipe in air Fryer.
This is very Healthy and Keto friendly recipe.
I am using 1Kg Chicken,1Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder,4Tablespoon Tandoori Masala,
I am using 1Kg Chicken,1Tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
3Tablespoon Melted Butter,4Tablespoon Lemonjuice,4TablespoonYogurt,
4Tablespoon Tandoori Spices
Mix all the spices in a bowl and add chicken.
Gently Rub chicken with all the spices.
Allow the mixture to marinate for 3 to 4 Hours.You can use chicken breast or thighs for this recipe.
I am using Tefal Air Fryer.
It is very easy to use this. Includes frying basket with handle.
Place half of the chicken in air fryer basket, and cook at 90°C until golden,25 to 30 minutes.
Chicken is cooked & Tender.
Repeat with remaining Chicken Botis.
Add Some french Fries in fryer and cook it for 10 minutes.
I am not using any oil . This is very healthy Recipe .
