This is labor intensive but all the carbs in vegan dishes definitely helped me gain weight. Not saying being vegan is wrong but just be carful with all the oil/ fried carbs some dishes use. He will try what I make but doesn’t always want to know the ingredients so he won’t be biased against a vegan dish or an ingredient.
