Can I eat dairy on the keto diet? So, yes
you can eat dairy in moderation since it is
a protein source. Be careful of milk which
may have more carbs in it than you thought. I would
probably steer clear of milk because milk
contains lactose and lactose has sugar in
it. Butter, cheese, cream and yogurt can be
liberally enjoyed, unless you are alergic to
