Cách Làm Cà Phê Dừa theo Keto

Hello everyone
Coconut coffee has been really popular in Vietnam recently
but if you are in any healthy diet
like ketogenic, vegan etc..
or people suffers from lactose intolerant
they would use nuts or coconut milk to replace dairy
Today I’ll pop in my kitchen
and make my own coconut coffee version
It is really great if you want healthy alternative coffee drink
and would love to stay away from sugar
Ingredients for this drink are really simple
that’s all, let’s do it!
put coconut milk into a heatproof bowl
aprox. 5 tablespoons
then I put in vanilla powder
this one is very potent so I only put a little bit
liquid stevia
stir well
then put this mixture in microwave for 30 – 50 seconds
put the mixture to a jar
follow up with 100 – 200ml coconut water
cold brewed black coffee (no sugar added)
then I even put in extra coffee cubes to intensify the flavor
put the jar aside
I made another coconut cream mixture
same way just double quantity
then froth it up
all done!
there are many ways to make coconut coffee
but this is the way I usually enjoy
