I literally got scammed by
someone who took my card number
and scammed it.
I got scammed and I end up
losing hundreds of dollars, OK?
Now I’m lucky it
wasn’t thousands,
but I lost hundreds of dollars.
So now, what does that
have to do with your diet?
Have you tried a fad
diet like I have?
Listen, I’m 46 years old.
My wife is 42 years old.
We have three amazing kids.
I can tell you, these
fad diets, you see them
on the commercials on TV, you
see them in the newspapers,
you see them in the magazines.
How many fad diets
have you tried?
And if you add up
all the numbers
on how much you spent
on those fad diets,
would it be like a scam
like what happened to me
at this frickin’ gas pump?
I bet you would.
Now if you’re

If you lack that, then guess
what, your performance all day
long is in the tank, your
hormones are in the tank.
What else?
Metabolism in the tank.

the aging process,
because it’s all about feeling
10 to 20 years younger than we
really do– than we really are.

important is to remember
that fad diets are a scam.
They are an absolute
scam, just like what
happened to me with one of
these skimmers at this gas pump
