Hi Pinkvilla
I am Anita Hassanandani
and today I am gonna share some
fitness tips
as well as some
bad eating habits that I have
I am not one of those blessed souls
who can eat anything and can get away with it
although people think I am but
trust me I put on weight very easily
morning rituals for my health
I think I drink a litre of water
with a little bit of salt
very little
and ya that’s how I start my day
well as of now what I usually eat
for breakfast, lunch and dinner
is my keto meal
because I am on a keto diet and I hate it
so to begin with
obviously your eggs
with loads of butter
because I am on Keto
then my lunch is also pretty uhh
you know kadai chicken with a little cheese naan
because again
I am on a keto
but but ya my portions are really small
so
keto diet
I think I just love desserts
so the evening snack which I am allowed to have
with a little bit of
stevia in it not sugar
keto doesn’t allow you sugar
so yea that’s a so I have keto brownie with stevia
my favorite cuisine see I am total foodie
I love food
like my mouth is watering
while I am talking about it
I love Chinese, I love Mughlai, I love Thai
I just love food
I am pretty lazy I end up working out
in the evenings
but I feel best time to workout is early morning
empty stomach
I think it it you know you get better results
hmmm so often can I cheat
well I am a big cheater
I have cheated all my life even in exams
I think you can cheat everyday
a little bit
any strict no no in my diet
no no
I need everything
like I said I am foodie
I really feel that you know you should not
starve yourself
if you feel like having something
you should have it
you should live a full life
healthiest alcohol drink
I think that would be red wine
uh yeah
it’s good for health
that’s what they say
my favorite healthy munchy
I think it would be fox nuts
it’s very healthy
and it’s pretty crunchy
and yum too
craziest diet that I ever tried
I think that has got to be the diet I am on
Keto
I mean imagine
I can have butter I can have cheese
I can have
almond flour
I can have kadai chicken
I can have kadai paneer
I can have paneer tikka
I mean seriously am I really on a diet
it’s pretty cool I think
keto would be
coolest
diet I am on
any fitness tip that has stayed with me
well my husband really works out a lot
the tip that I have taken from him is
that whenever I put on a little bit weight
I start going to the gym
I start controlling my food
it’s important to keep a check
you shouldn’t never let youself
move from small to medium
once you do that game’s over
you have to go backwards you have to
lose and you have to
work towards it
so these were my bad habits
