AMAZING Keto Mexican BREAKFAST BURRITo!

hello everyone my name is Jorge and
today we’re gonna be making a delicious
breakfast burrito it has more of a
Mexican kid to it but it’s mainly made
of roast beef and egg is really amazing
alright let’s go ahead and get started
with some ingredients you’re gonna need
61 grams of pepper jack cheese 10 grams
of butter salt 70 grams of may or sour
cream 2 eggs 9 grams of onions 1/2 a
large avocado 100 grams of roast beef 83
grams of tomatoes and a large low carb
tortilla
alright let’s get started with the first
we’re gonna put some of that butter in a
pan I’m gonna let it melt a little bit
when it’s melting we’re gonna put some
black pepper and salt this is how we can
get some taste of the tortilla and
better taste it’s good all right it’s
gonna give it that that touch so we’re
gonna mix it in on both sides we got a
little brown a little bit you know get
that color in that texture that really
good burrito taste and one that once
that ready we’re gonna put the tortilla
on the side and we’re gonna start
preparing or Rose puts a little bit more
butter about 10 grams put the rest of
the roast beef mix it in let the roast
beef get a little bit of color with with
it and they get some of that flavor of
the butter and you move it around a
little bit you can add value to X throw
them in there and mix them mix them in
really really well
oh man this already smells really really
delicious this is so so so delicious
smells great alright we’re gonna do that
once that ready we’re gonna put on this
side and we’re gonna lay out all two T
in a plate and we’re gonna pour the mayo
all the sides make sure you get enough
of it this is an avocado Mayo mix we’re
also gonna put a little bit of mustard
and mix it all nice in it we’re gonna
throw in all the mixture
we also going to put in some onions and
the tomato in slices of avocado
YUM finish it up with some salt give
that extra taste you know we’re gonna
roll it up the rolling it up it’s a
little messy but you’ll get that you’ll
get it so we’re gonna check put it back
on a pan we’re gonna shake that is
sealed and correctly and it’s brown
golden on one of the sides once it is
that way we turn around and this is what
I’m talking about guys look at that
avocado in melted cheese this is what
we’re looking for
oh my gosh it’s a so great it’s gonna be
soldier this nozzle is one side turn on
both sides take it out cut it in half
and we’re basically there guys is ready
to eat
check this out this is an amazing
breakfast a really low carb and it will
fill you up all day finish it with some
Mexican salsa which I will do later in
another video I like simple recipes and
this is so simple to do in takes five
minutes to do or less so enjoy this is a
huge burrito seriously this could be
like for two people but you know I’m
really hungry so oh my god this is gonna
be messy
it’s so creaming you wouldn’t think but
is so so good and so creamy in the other
