ADF Alternate Day Fasting + OMAD – Fasting Weight Loss Journey 2019

hi its Mieka fasting weight loss and
today is day 3 results of my omad one meal a day
tmad two meals a day 6 36
hour fast routine for two weeks um I’m
gonna try to switch it up and do aDF
alternate day fasting for weight loss plan
because man I’ve just been stuck in
this area for like ten days or seven
days and I don’t like it I feel like
I’ve done really great on these three
days like really good I feel like I made
great food choices to my standards um
let’s see I’ve done good exercise
especially the last two day no oh three
days I’ve done weights my body is so
sore it was more it was more sore
yesterday than today let me see I don’t
know what’s going on I know I need to
get more sleep I’m not getting I’m
probably getting six hours or less um I
want to increase that a little bit for
my body to recover let me see what else
um yeah so yesterday what I did okay no
first I’m gonna do a meal right now
which I just took a bite of it because I
may eat while this is uploading I’m
gonna do one
low carb meal is probably 50 carbs or
less and then I’m going straight back
into the 36-hour fast I’m eating so
early because I want to be able to eat
tomorrow night so it’s like 8 a.m. now
so 8 p.m. tomorrow night would be 36
hours I’m trying to get smart with it so
I really like that let me see what else
that’s it I’m gonna fast um yeah after I
eat right now
okay so what did I eat yesterday nothing
I didn’t I eat yesterday I’ve completed
36 hour fast
um exercise I did 35 minutes on the
elliptical and I did 500 reps of weights
why am I doing this every day you don’t
want to do the same body parts every day
I am doing different machines kind of
it’s because of my two week challenge
when Nikki speaks I have things to
choose from on that list and that’s one
of the easier things to choose I have to
choose 2 of 4 things and that’s what I
chose for these 3 days because I
procrastinate to the other things take
like an hour and the 500 reps don’t take
me a whole hour so that’s why I’ve been
doing it 3 days in a row it’s not what I
recommend but it’s what I’m doing and I
like it I’m feeling stronger even though
it might just be my mind okay so for the
weight which will not happier with again
is 228 point 0 minus 1 point 2 I’m
thinking of doing the drive fast because
I need I need something to move quick
like I need to be out of these 228 I
wouldn’t be out of this by Monday I want
to be 219 by Monday that’s the new goal
for right now okay because I just don’t
like seeing those 2 to 20s anymore
