A Day in the Life of Cristy Code Red (Entrepreneur Lifestyle Motivation)

– [Cristy Code Red] I tell you everything
about the Code Red lifestyle,
but, do I actually follow it on a
daily basis?
The answer is yes.
I get a lot of people curious
about what my day looks like,
so, I thought I’d share my day with you
for inspiration and to give you an idea
of what it means to be a Code Red rebel.

My Code Red routine starts early.
I’m definitely a morning person.
I like to get up at five or
five thirty in the morning.
I immediately start the coffee pot,
and then I do my exercise,
I get it out of the way right away.
It’s either gonna be the
six am crossfit class,
a ran outside in the dark with Annabelle,
or burpees in my living room
depending on where I am
or what the weather is.
I usually bang out about 75 of burpees.
I then have some morning coffee
and start my Code Red work.
I usually do about three
hours of Code Red work,
and see my Code Red work
consists of definitely
emails, voxers, returning,
talking to my staff,
talking to my second and
third in charge of Code Red,
I do a lot of videos,
I get checking on Instagram,
start answering the Instagram DMs,
do some Instagram stories,
check the Facebook pages.
Once I do about three
hours, I jump in the shower
I run, I get myself totally done up,
full hair and makeup, a nice outfit,
come back, run some errands
if I’ve got errands to run.
Eat, I definitely eat all
my calories before noon.
I know that sounds a little
strange to some of you guys
listening to that, like, eat
your calories before noon?
That’s what works for me,
I eat between six and noon,
and I have all my coffee,
eat all my calories
during that time.
When I come back from running my errands
it’s usually the afternoon
and I do about another
three, four, five hours
of Code Red work.
Still, I’m always working
on marketing, videos,
marketing, talking to my business coaches,
talking to the staff, making orders.
What are we doing, how
are the numbers looking?
How are the funnels looking?
I look at the bank accounts,
I look at the stripe accounts,
I look at all my accounts,
make sure everything is running smoothy.
I definitely keep my finger
on the pulse of the business
through Facebook, I manage
fifteen different Facebook pages
and they can get out of
hand if you’re not careful,
so I comb through those,
make sure all the clients
are getting what they need.
And, I wait for reports from the COO,
and our compliance officer,
we really stay in close contact
about what’s going on with the coaches,
and what’s going on with
Code Red in general.
Then in the evening time,
I start to wind down
pretty early in the evening time.
I start my bedtime routine about six pm.
And, start winding down,
I get my evening shower,
I make sure that I get my jammies on,
I make sure I clean the house,
anything I’ve got to do.
And, shutting down the blinds.
A lot of people, they don’t
realize that your brain
needs to make melatonin,
and so I wear my Swannies,
Swanwick sleep glasses,
and that way it will help
block the blue light out, and
my brain can make melatonin.
I start that about after
five pm, I wear my Swannies.
I also close the blinds in the house,
and I realize that this sounds
so silly to a lot of you,
’cause you guys are maybe night people,
you come alive or maybe you’re
just starting to go to dinner
and it’s eight pm, by eight pm I’m out!
I’m out like a light, no way.
I am in bed by seven,
and I’m out by eight.
And that is what works best for me,
I need a lot of sleep, I need
my brain to be able to relax,
I need to be up at five in the morning,
and that requires a lot of sleep.
This schedule and meal
plan works best for me,
but ultimately, you have got to figure out
what works best for you.
