7 Days of Low Carb/ Dirty Keto with a Picky Eater

It’s day 3 of doing Keto and the past couple of days I have just been doing like
low-carb options from fast-food
restaurants because I haven’t prepared
food or had time to pre…. uh
time to prepare food. I’ve been working
going to school doing clinicals so it’s
been a bit hectic for me and I haven’t
gone grocery shopping yet so I am
feeling like extra hunger pains and
cravings. I just want to eat everything
but I’m not so I I think I need to stay
hydrated and I’m planning to take some
electrolytes maybe like a Powerade Zero
or taking a multivitamin with magnesium
potassium and calcium.
