5 HEALTHY BREAKFAST IDEAS! ✨

August 21, 2019 70 By William Morgan

Hello friends I hope you’re having a super
happy day so far in today’s video I am
going to be sharing five healthy
inexpensive and super super easy
breakfast ideas with you all and this
video is really for all my friends who
are trying to live a healthier life but
they don’t really have time to cook a
five-star buffet breakfast you know you
live on the go and you may skip
breakfast a lot of times I know
intermediate fasting is such a trend
these days but I truly love breakfast I
feel like it really sets me up for
success when I have a good healthy
breakfast I just feel more energized and
ready to tackle the day also four out of
five of these meals are actually vegan
which is super great for any of my vegan
friends but regardless I personally
think they are delicious and I hope you
do too
okay kicking it off we have nut butter
and banana toast this is basically what
I ate every single morning when I was in
college it is so delicious especially if
you are a peanut butter lover like I am
so what you’ll need for this recipe is a
piece of bread of course and then a
banana naturally and some peanut butter
and just have this crunchy organic one
from Walmart and some chia seeds so this
isn’t rocket science but basically you
just toast your bread and then spread
the peanut butter on it I always put a
ton of peanut butter because I just
absolutely love peanut butter but of
course you could put almond butter
cashew butter sunflower seed butter
truly whatever floats your boat but I
just stuck to a good ol peanut butter
also the more peanut butter you add the
more filling I believe it is so if I’m
really hungry I just put a nice thick
layer and then I just cut up the banana
into little in around slices and spread
it over my toast it usually only takes
half a banana to spread over the toast
so I just eat the remaining half of the
banana on its own and then I just
sprinkled some chia seeds to add some
extra Flair and nutrition next up we
have avocado and egg toast avocado toast
is simply a staple and I like to add egg
to my toast to add a little more
substance and make it more filling so
what you’ll need is bread avocado egg
and then I like to add hot sauce ground
pepper and this chili lime seasoning as
well as some olive oil so you’re going
to fry your egg up or cook it however
you’d like and cut your avocado and then
I like to spread a little bit of olive
oil on my toast you could also use
butter or coconut oil just to kind of
moisten it up a little bit which I know
everybody loves that word and then I
just placed my cook egg on my toast and
then smashed up my avocado on top of
that
to add more flavor I like to sprinkle
this chili lime seasoning from Trader
Joe’s and my freshly ground pepper as
well as some hot sauce
next up we have chocolate overnight oats
so I recently started making overnight
oats so I’m a little new to this but if
you’re looking for something more
sweeter yet still healthy this is such a
great option so for this recipe you’ll
need your preferred milk option some
chocolate chips I have dark chocolate
chips because that’s my favorite and
dark chocolate is a little more healthy
and then some protein powder I have this
vanilla protein powder from care of
which I will link down below and I also
have some cocoa powder and some chia
seeds and then of course you’re going to
need some oatmeal and I just have these
old-fashioned rolled oats so first
things first you’re gonna put half a cup
of oatmeal in the bottom of your little
mason jar if you don’t have mason drive
out to totally fine you can just
assemble this in a bowl of your choice
or you could even use a cup which might
work better and then I’m adding two
tablespoons of my vanilla protein powder
and then I’m going to add a tablespoon
of chia seeds and a tablespoon of cocoa
powder and then I’m going to add in my
dark chocolate chips I just kind of
eyeballed this I like to lean on the
side of adding more the more the merrier
when it comes to chocolate chips and
then you just pour it in your milk so I
pour it in my oatmeal and you’re
supposed to pour in a cup of this and
stir it all up so that it can also can
blend together to make it super
flavorful and then you just leave it in
the fridge overnight or for a few hours
next up we have a smoothie bowl this
breakfast option is always so refreshing
especially if you live in a hot climate
like I do so for this you’ll need
coconut flakes frozen fruit peanut
butter chia seeds rice – cauliflower –
frozen and some juice which I have some
watermelon juice and then some fruit for
talking so first off you’re going to
blend your frozen
fruit and your juice if you don’t have
juice you can also use water which is a
great option as well and then also your
rice cauliflower I always like to try to
put some kind of frozen veggie in my
smoothie just to add more nutrition and
since it has so much fruit I like to
kind of switch it up and I love adding
rice to cauliflower because it isn’t an
overpowering flavor at all you truly
don’t taste the cauliflower one bit
so this is one of my favorite options
and then I just sprinkled in some chia
seeds as you can tell I am quite the fan
of chia seeds they really have an
excellent source of omega-3 and they’re
rich in antioxidants so I always tried
to squeeze them in whenever I can once
your smoothie is all blended you just
pour it into a bowl and now it’s time to
top it of course you don’t have to stick
to these exact things that I’m topping
mine with I just wanted to give you an
idea of what I like and what works for
me so I add my banana banana is my
favorite fruit actually which I know is
kind of lame because it’s not the most
exciting fruit but it’s always so
consistent and it’s always so cheap at
grocery stores and I can always count on
them to be perfectly ripe because you
can tell a ripe they are just by looking
at them
last but certainly not least we have our
apple and cinnamon oatmeal this is one
of my husband’s favorite breakfast is
and it’s so easy to make so you’ll need
steel-cut oats some walnuts some raisins
an apple and some cinnamon so first
things first you’re going to need to
cook your oatmeal so you can just follow
the package directions for that and then
you’re gonna want to sprinkle your
oatmeal with cinnamon I just eyeball
this but I again think more is more the
more the merrier when it comes to
cinnamon and cinnamon is actually really
healthy for you as well and then you can
top it with some reasons I personally
don’t like raisins but my husband loves
them and I know most people love them
and it’s not all about me so I wanted to
show you we also like to add some
walnuts for a nice crunch and then you
top it off with some thinly cut apple
slices I cut them I like dice a little
Apple to make it bite-sized and you can
use whatever Apple you prefer
that’s it those are five healthier
breakfast meal ideas if you enjoyed this

delicious to you so be sure to comment
