3 REASONS YOU’RE CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET

craving something sweet no not me baby I
said something not someone that could
come from a couple of different things
and me being your sugar free destination
of YouTube I’ll tell you my top three
reasons so when you’re craving something
sweet it gets kind of rough oh my god
what is in
ooh or yells ha I see you sexy
especially roughly you’re trying to cut
a few pounds this problem exists for a
couple different reasons first your head
you aren’t hungry but your craving and
want something anyway sounds like a bad
happy to me if you ever noticed there
are certain times of the day you
normally eat certain times you snack and
for this case certain times you crave in
your mind you develop routines around
this very thing you literally create
habits for certain times points that you
crave food and snacking whether you’re
hungry or not okay so my number two low
blood or glucose levels this is a big
see when your sugar levels drop your
body does anything it can to raise them
back up via hypoglycemia if I say
they’re right or just simply you craving
sweets because your body knows that’s a
quick rise well there is huh how would
my body notice glad you asked
get ready I’m about to tell you
something highly controversial okay do
it okay come in come in your body
ah it’s smarter than you are say yes
it’s true I know but when your glucose
is low and it wants a raise
your body knows exactly what would do
the trick if you just started dieting
god I hate that word or cutting carbs or
sugar cigarettes crystals your levels
will drop not made or maybe they will
unless your superhuman it is but if you
were you wouldn’t be watching this
anyway in cases like this use another
fuel source such as let’s say fat to
help you out a little bit and my third
and most simple you’re greedy shit you
greedy nasty little no but some of us
are greedy have you seen my videos I
sure it I’m not hungry I’m not craving I
just want something to my mouth you’re
nasty for thinking that but what I’ve
done over the years is simply found good
snacks that I like that won’t send me to
an early grave
that’s a flower that’s a flower right I
mean unless I choked on something that
thing is most snacks you’ll have to cook
to yourself if you buy it can get
expensive real quick but if you got the
money to blow
now on a serious note the videos over
but I’m now offering on my channel and
after my information videos I am now
doing coaching for dieting or for
lifestyle changes now yes I am young but
I’ve been doing this thing for a very
very long time about 10 years now and on
one of my paleo videos out put in the
card above actually to discuss why I did
the lifestyle change and it was based
off watching my grandmother I may not be
the best chef and I may do better at
entertainer that I do cooking but I do
very well is breaking certain habits
that inhibit me to advance in my life
now I’m not saying I have cheat days
every single month or anything of that
nature no I actually go a very long time
before I sit here and I eat sugar but
the only reason I do that not because I
can’t do it I just choose I it’s just
hey you know what I love hamburgers I’m
gonna go have me a hamburger if I get a
chance I mean it’s just kind of one of
those things and I’ve yet to come up
with a recipe for ready velvet cake but
I’m rambling to get to the point I’m
very good at breaking habits if you’re
struggling with sugar addiction question
