2 Ingredient Keto Deviled Eggs Recipe

To make deviled eggs we’re gonna pop a
whole lot of eggs onto boil, you can see
it starting to just little bubbles
appear I’ve got seven eggs in there
that’s just because that was what’s put
in my little saucepan but do it as many or
as few as you like so I’ve got them
coming up to the bubble and as soon as
it’s boiling I will set the timer for ten
minutes, give it ten minutes to bubble
away turn it off and then let it cool
completely before they’re ready, so I’ll
show you once my boiled eggs are boiled
and cooled and ready to turn into deviled
eggs, okay the hard-boiled eggs have
boiled, cooled, I’ve peeled them and now
we’re gonna get on and make our deviled
eggs, slice all the eggs in half and then
we’re going to scoop all these yolks out
so we just move the plate a side of it
I’ve got a little bowl for the yolks
some of them might just come out quite
easily just like pop out, like that try
and keep these whole I know that one’s
just torn but try and keep the whites as
whole as possible do a little bit gently,
I’m not the best when it comes to gentle
and patient but just do the best you can,
so get all the yolk out I’m going to get
it into a bowl to try and keep it
organized I’m getting an extra litle plate over here, and I’m gonna pop all of the empty little egg
white shells onto my plate just keep
going with it empty out the yolk pop on the
plate, right so what I’ve got is a bowl
full with all of my yolks and I’ve got a
plate with all of the empty egg white
shells over here and now what we do is
we make our filling with these egg yolks
I wanted to keep it really simple and
just do two ingredients but I’ll give
you loads of other adaptations and
substitutes and things that you can do
to make it your own but we’re just gonna
keep it super simple so we’ve got our
egg yolks over yeah and I’m just gonna
add to it a whole lot of sour cream it’s
up to you how much you would like to add
I’ve got a fork here to make it easy to
mash everything together and do a couple
of fork fulls and then maybe add more as
I go so we’ll just mash it together
and you can see if it’s creamy enough or
if you think it needs, I always like to
start with this so you can’t take
something out once it’s in of course
but that definitely needs more
creaminess so we’re just gonna add a
generous another tablespoon you can
definitely use mayonnaise instead you
could use a bit of mustard add salt
pepper to taste whatever you like and
we’re just going to keep mashing until
this is nice and smooth and creamy and a
lovely filling to pop back into our egg
whites you can fill it use a spoon or
pop it in whatever you like but have a
taste at this stage and just add
salt, pepper to taste and I’ve said two
ingredients that I’m definitely gonna
add salt but that’s my preference you
might prefer pepper or anything else you
like as I said I’m just adding a bit of salt,
so but it’s really sour cream for me I
just love sour cream with it definitely
could use only mayor or sour cream and
Mayo I’ve done both in the past it comes
out really yum but at the moment I’m
not a huge fan of mayo
just go through phases and that’s what
I’m doing so now we’re just going to pop
teaspoon fulls into our egg whites so
you grab one of the whites and we get a
teaspoon and we just fill it up there
and that is a deviled egg so there’s
other completed deviled eggs not the
prettiest looking deviled eggs in the
world but yeah, I’m not that particular, I’m sure
you will make much prettier ones than
