056 – Why You Are Hungry Between The Meals
Hey, it’s Rocky Black from DailyKetoChef.com.
If you feel hunger most of the time… even
between the meals, something is off. Usually,
there’s only a couple of reasons why you feel
those hunger pangs. 1.You’re not in ketosis.
A lot of people think they are in ketosis
but in reality, they’re not. The only way
to know for sure is to measure it through
a sophisticated device. I use Keto Mojo for
my measurements. It tells you the REAL story.
There’s a chance you find out your body is
NOT in ketosis which causes your hunger even
when it doesn’t make any sense… like an
hour after your meal. 2. Your meals are too
small. Many people have this tendency to eat
too little when they try to lose weight. They
are brainwashed that this is how it’s done.
This simply is not true on keto. First, when
you eat too little, you’ll feel hungry and
tend to eat much more often. This causes two
problems: 1. you give your body much more
work processing the food more frequently and
because of that you limit your body’s ability
to actually burn fat and detox your body.
2. it can create illusion that you eat less
but in fact you eat more overall. Basically
3 normal sized meals are more effective than
5+ small meals during the day. So what I recommend
is to measure yourself with a device. You
can find it on my blog DailyKetoChef.com in
the Resources section. Also, cut your meals
to a maximum of 3 a day, maybe even less.
but make sure these meals are big enough for
you and really satisfying. This way your hunger
pangs should become a thing of the past 🙂 Hope
this helps! If you want more powerful tips
