052 – This ’15 Meals Rule’ Makes Your Life Easier

Maybe you can relate to this… We live in
a busy world, where everyone and everything
demands our attention and energy. At times
it becomes really exhausting. Coming up with
delicious, easy-to-make, nutritionally dense
recipes every day… certainly doesn’t help.
When we switch to a new way of living, be
it a keto lifestyle or anything else, we usually
tend to be irritated by the changes. It just
happens. Transformation always comes with
resistance. You can deal with it for some
time, but when it becomes a long-term struggle,

meal rule comes for the rescue. Basically
you create a list of 15 keto recipes that:
a. taste like heaven (for you!) b. are easy
to make (no exotic or expensive ingredients)
c. you know your body responds very well to
them (no energy loss, no bloating, no pain
in the stomach etc., feeling full and energized).
Once you find 15 of these recipes, you just
rotate them over and over and over… It may
sound boring at first, but it’s the best stress-free
strategy I’ve come across. Remember, these
recipes are carefully selected by you, so
it won’t become boring for a LOOOONG time.
It completely eliminates stress from keto
cooking. Now you just KNOW. You know exactly
what you need to buy, when and what you’re
gonna be eating today. No daily guesswork
anymore. It’s important to make sure these
meals are highly digestible for you and very
dense in nutrients. You’ll be eating only
15 meals so rather make sure they are well-balanced
meals. What I recommend is to try dozens of
recipes and take notes about how you feel
after each meal… until you get your “magic
15”. I recommend some proved and tested
