002 – How to get into KETOSIS fast

Hey, It’s Rocky Black from Daily Keto Chef.
How to get into ketosis?
That’s probably the most frequent question.
You need to cut your carb intake to under
20 grams a day… to force your body into
ketosis.
It’s pretty tough for most people, because
we’re so addicted to sugar.
If you’re new to Keto, your body is used to
burn carbs for energy.
Once you cut them off, you can experience
some major cravings.
That’s why I recommend more gradual approach.
Install the app called MyFitnessPal.
Inside of the app you can track the foods
you eat and it will calculate your carbs intake
automatically.
Your target values for the next couple of
days are:
On DAY 1 you only eat 150 grams or less of
carbs.
Second day 100 grams or less. Third day 75
or less. Fourth day 50 or less. Fifth day
and moving forward… 20 grams or less.
This way, you still may undergo some cravings,
but they won’t be nearly as intense.
Once you’ve been doing this for 5 days or
more, you’ll discover that you actually
don’t want carbs at all.
