Today it’s time for a recipe for bread without wheat flour, without cornstarch… with only 3 ingredients
It is a bread for diets high in proteins, without using gluten or cornstarch.
It is an incredible bread ideal for keto or ketogenic diet.
It’s as easy as starting by preheating the oven with heat up and down.
3 medium eggs at room temperature
5 g baking powder
approximately 150 grams of semi-skimmed milk powder. cup and a half.
Important: eggs at room temperature, and medium size
If the eggs are large, more powdered milk will be needed.
add baking powder, not to be confused with bread yeast
mix for 1 minute
add the cup of powdered milk whole and gradually add the powdered milk to tablespoons
mix until the lumps are removed
important: look at the texture of my dough
for this recipe I have used skimmed milk powder, the normal supermarket, never the baby one
Each brand of powdered milk is different, so you may need more or less quantity to get that texture.
Look at the texture. It’s important.
I don’t add salt or sugar and it’s perfect.
It’s easier if we use a piping bag.
This bread is ideal for athletes
You can add seeds, even powdered cheese.
I use this bread for the ketogenic diet, it’s high in protein.

There are many ways to make bread
You can do it this way simple and easy or the next way it looks more like bread.
You can even make it thicker.
I recommend to bake only 1 first to regulate the time and height of the oven.
